【摘要】Objective To analyze the application of induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma value.Methods Our hospital 78 cases of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were divided into control group and study group of patients in the control group, clinical mainly adopts simple radiotherapy, and the study group patients in the control group treated with induction chemotherapy, and to observe the effect of treatment of two groups of patients.Results The median progression study,group the median survival
of patients and the survival rate was significantly higher than that in control group,compared the two groups (P<0.05),the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion Induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in the treatment, the effect is significant,the recent and long-term good curative effect, less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：分
析诱导化疗联合放疗在中晚期鼻咽癌治疗中应用的价值。

方法将我院收治的78例中晚期鼻咽癌患者分为对照组和研究组，临床对对照组患者主要采用单纯放疗治疗，而对研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用诱导化疗方法，并观察两组患者治疗的效果。

结果研究组患者的中位进展期、中位生存期及生存率较高于对照组，两组比
较（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。

结论诱导化疗联合放疗在中晚期鼻咽癌患者治疗中应用，效果显著，近期疗效和远期疗效佳，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
