一、回复3C原则:
1、Clearness(清楚)
2、Conciseness(简洁)
3、Courtesy(礼貌)
二、回复技巧
1、当天邮件尽量当天回复,如果不能短期回复一定要给一个回应,告诉他目前不能回的原因和什么时候能够给回复。
2、对于需要后续跟进二次回复或者确认的邮件,自己标记好状态,避免Miss邮件,并确保后续跟进反馈。
3、如果有抄送对象请全部回复,如果是转发待处理邮件,务必确保收件人为原始邮件发件人,其余抄送人也不能遗漏。
4、减少邮件往来的回合,提高效率,体现专业度,邮件来回超过三轮以上,请通过电话、钉钉渠道详细确认后,再明确答复。
三、回复要求
1、专业度:多了解自己的产品,在每一封邮件中体现你的专业度,问答问题要完整、要有针对性
2、满足需求度:客户有多个问题一一作答,条理清楚。提出的问题尤其不能避而不答,你无法给出解决方案,也要帮助提问者寻求解决渠道
3、体现诚意:很多时候你无法解决问题,但你可以把你做了哪些讲出来,正所谓伸手不打笑脸人,体现出足够诚意,一样能带来认可和理解
四、回复格式
1、主题:点睛之处(用之前给的主题+自己总结的主题如:+for哪几个客户、产品等)
2、问候语:礼节、呼应
3、正文:有问必答,不能回答要给客户解释,重点突出,意思明确
4、落款:要有完整称呼
