Reading poetry is often considered an activity that requires us to use the brain,but did the study find any truth of this?When the participants were reading poems,the team found there was more activity in a particular group of brain areas called the Default Network. “ These areas seem to be related to things we do with our minds when we are resting,like thinking about what's happened to us recently,thinking about what's going to happen in the near future,about other people,and that network seems to be more strongly related to poetry than with other texts,”explains Zeman. 外国语学校创建第三批市中小学行为规范示范学校
工作计划
一、指导思想:
以党的十六大精神和江总书记“三个代表”重要思想为指针,贯彻落实《公民道德建设实施纲要》,根据市创建中小学行为规范示范学校的要求,加强学生基本伦理道德和基础文明行为习惯养成,促进学生素质全面提高,努力把我校建设成为宁波市中小学行为规范示范学校,推进创建县文明单位工作。
二、工作目标:
1、学生行为规范达标合格率为100%,其中优良率达到90%以上。
2、各班行为规范达标合格率为100%,其中优良率达到90%以上。
3、校园环境优美,达到市环保模范学校标准,争取达到省绿色学校。
4、加强平安校园建设,建成省“平安校园”。
5、注重校园文化建设,初步建成书香校园,双语校园。
6、重视德育科研,提高学生素质,有德育课题或论文在县、市级及以
上获奖。
三、具体规划及措施:
(一)加强管理,重视创建。
1、学校成立创建工作领导小组(即:德育工作领导小组),小组成员团结协作,分工明确,责任到人,经常探讨,指导学校创建工作。
保证德育经费使用。
2、学校与各班签定行为规范达标目标管理责任状。
严格按照责任状规定办事。
如:没有达标的班级,所有相关课任教师都不能参评个人先进,年度考核不能评为优秀级等。
3、重视德育队伍建设,实行全员全面育人措施,注重对教师教育方法的培训工作,加强德育评价工作。
评价过程让学生、班主任、家长等共同参与。
4、加强德育课程管理,确保德育课程开齐、开足。
德育课程(含心理健康、法制、禁毒等专项教育)建设取得进展,学科渗透落实。
规范课堂习惯,讲究课堂效益。
保证班级每周班队活动时间用于主题班(队)会及年级段、学校各项德育活动。
5、各班每天都要对学生进行规范教育,每周、每月、每学期都要对学生执行规范情况进行评价,并有记录。
学校每学年分别开展一次行为规范达标班级和优秀班集体的评比工作。
6、小学高年级以上每班均要有班级公约,体现学生自主发展、自我约束、自觉行动。
(二)强化宣传,营造氛围。
1、认真组织全体师生学习《公民道德建设纲要》以及相关的内容,明确创建宁波市中小学行为规范示范学校的作用和意义,并且身体力行,形成人人关心创建,人人投身创建的局面。
2、学校电视台、网站、广播站、黑板报、墙报、宣传窗等定期播(刊、载)出健康有益、适合学生的内容。
计算机教室、图书馆、阅览室(电子阅览室)、运动场所等在日常及节假日定时向学生开放。
3、积极开展创建平安学校、绿色学校、书香校园、双语校园等工作,营造平安、和谐、文明、向上的校园环境。
4、开办家长学校,联手家长共同教育子女遵守《小学生守则》和《小学生日常行为规范》。
加强家校联系,每学期家校联系率达到200%以上。
重视家访工作,每学期对“三类学生”家访率必须达100%。
(三)强化训练,规范行为
1、突出重点,分层教育,强化训练。
重点教育内容为:外表形象、卫生习惯、学习习惯、文明礼貌、遵纪守法、廉洁诚信、互相尊重。
2、学生行为规范要讲究教育艺术,根据学生心理特征和认识规律,由浅入深,循序渐进,内化为学生行为。
3、严格遵守教师职业道德规范,廉洁从教,以身作则,为人师表,自觉维护教师形象。
4、坚持每周一的升国旗和国旗下讲话制度,升旗程序严格规范,讲话内容丰富且有针对性。
所有师生能响亮完整地唱《国歌》。
利用重大纪念日等契机,开展时事政治、入(队)等教育活动。
5、积极开展健康有益的校园文化活动。
学校搭建艺术(体育、科技等)节和学生社团、兴趣小组等活动平台,丰富活动内容,让学生主动、自主参与,使学生在活动中受到规范教育、环保教育、安全教育……。
6、积极组织学生按要求参加校内外各类劳动、社会实践、公益活动及军训、志愿者服务(后两项限高中段)。
7、开办行为习惯不良学生的培训班,每学期安排好结对帮教,采取切实措施转化后进生,坚决杜绝在校学生违法犯罪现象和重大意外事故的发生。
8、加强榜样教育。
经常性开展榜样教育,树立优秀典型,促进创建工作。
9、重视德育科研,抓好现有德育课题的研究与探索,遵循心理规律培养学生良好习惯和品质。
10、建立德育基地、校外科技劳动基地和爱国主义基地的定期活动制度,通过活动促常规工作的养成。
11、每学期请校外辅导员和法制副校长到校授课2-3次,共同帮助学生成长。
12、加强校园设施建设,教育学生爱护公物,使校园内始终有一种新的景象。
