Two thousand and seven hundred years ago our ancestors brought forth “He Shi Bi”. Now we have witnessed the coming of “Jin Zhu Y u Bi. While the former is invaluable and top jade of all kinds, the latter, as a superb collection, will appreciate far most. “Jin Zhu Y u Bi”, issued by China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation (CBPMC), is the first product of its Chinese Zodiac collection s eries “Happy Match of Gold and Jade”. Best material and delicate facture: Using the world’s most sophisticated “ZTS-”minting technique, “Jin Zhu Y u Bi”is delicately made of the standard reserve gold of 99.925% combined ingeniously with excellent natural emerald. On its central face is miniature-sculpture of Fuzhu (lucky pig) in the Chinese traditional paper-cut, and on the reverse side is a more delicate touch, that is, a charmingly naughty Chinese character “猪”(meaning pig) typical of the Chinese calligraphic philosophy.
