摘要：PURPOSE:To permit the smooth cutting work and set the tape contact angle for a cutting edge proper and prevent readhesion by setting a slidable body shiftable for a holder ad installing a guide pipe and a readhesion preventing body between the cutting edge and the tape surface. CONSTITUTION:A paper core for wound tape is rotatably fitted onto a holder 3, and a suppressing body 12 is positioned by shifting a slidable body 9 and fixed onto the holder 3. Then, the edge of a tape is pulled out from between a guide pipe 16 and a readhesion suppressing body, and applied onto an applied surface. Then, the guide pipe 16 is strongly pushed onto the surface of the tape and cut by a cutter 4. When the tape layer becomes small as the tape is successively used, the slidable body 9 is shifted in accordance with the thickness of the layer, and also the suppressing body 12 (cutter 14) is positioned at the position adjusted to the thickness of the layer. Therefore, the jolting of the cutter is prevented, and the smooth cutting work is permitted, and the contact angle for the cutter 14 is set properly, and the readhesion of the tape can be prevented.
