摘要：PURPOSE:To interrupt vapor or oxygen from intruding into the title film by preventing generation of static electricity, by a method wherein a conductive layer is provided on a surface layer part on one side of a supporting layer and a barrier layer obtained by laminating an aluminum foil and an antistatic sealant layer are provided respectively on the other side and a surface layer part of the other side. CONSTITUTION:A supporting layer 1 is formed of hard synthetic resin having the melting point of 140 deg.C or higher. A conductive layer 2 is of a layer whose surface electric resistance is low, which is, for example, constituted of a coating of carbon black or a metallized film of a metal or a coating of metallic fine powder which is superior in conductivity and formed on one side of the supporting layer 1. A barrier layer 3 is formed by laminating an aluminum foil, a thickness of 7-20mum is preferable for the aluminum foil and the aluminum foil is provided on the other side of the supporting layer 1 prior to laying of the conductive layer 2. An antistatic sealant layer 4 is decided to be a resin layer obtainable by applying an antistatic agent to heat-meltable resin or kneading the same into the heat-meltable resin and provided on the surface layer part of the other side of the supporting layer 1. The heat-meltable resin is synthetic resin having the melting point of 200 deg.C or lower and is heat-fusable.
