五、付款方式

六、包装和运输

七、验收
Inspection and Acceptance
乙方应在收到货物后的[具体天数]天内进行验收。

如乙方在验收过程中发现产品质量问题，应及时通知甲方，甲方应负责解决。

Party B shall conduct the inspection and acceptance within [specific number of days] days after receiving the goods. If Party B discovers any quality problems of the products during the inspection and acceptance process, it shall promptly notify Party A, and Party A shall be responsible for resolving them.
八、违约责任
Liability for Breach of Contract
若甲方未能按时交货，每逾期一天，应按照合同总价的[百分比]向乙方支付违约金；若乙方未能按时付款，每逾期一天，应按照未付款项的[百分比]向甲方支付违约金。

If Party A fls to deliver the goods on time, it shall pay Party B a liquidated damages of [percentage] of the total contract price for each overdue day; if Party B fls to make the payment on time, it shall pay Party A a liquidated damages of [percentage] of the outstanding amount for each overdue day.
九、争议解决
Dispute Resolution
本合同在履行过程中如发生争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

In the event of any dispute arising from the performance of this contract, both parties shall resolve it through friendly consultation; if the consultation fls, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction.
十、其他条款
Other Clauses
1. 本合同自双方签字（或盖章）之日起生效。

This contract shall e into effect from the date of signature (or seal) both parties.
2. 本合同一式两份，双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。
