(五)本工程结构设计采用SFCAD2000钢网架专用设计软件,在微机上进行杆件内力分析和截面满应力计算。支座最大反力(KN):如图所示,支座反力为设计值.三.材料 1.杆件 杆件用钢采用Q235B结构钢,其抗拉强度、伸长率、屈服点、冷弯试验及C、S、P的极限含量应符合《碳素结构钢》GBJ700-2006的规定。 钢管可以采用符合GB3092的高频焊管,以及符合GB3087的热轧无缝钢管。 2.螺栓球螺栓球采用45号钢锻造成型,其抗拉强度、伸长率、屈服点、冲击韧性和硬度应符合《优质碳素结构钢》GB699-1996的规定。 3.高强螺栓 高强螺栓采用经调质热处理的40Gr钢,应符合《合金结构钢技术条件》GB3077-88的规定。 高强螺栓采用性能等极为10.9S级。4.锥头 封板 采用Q235钢锻造成型,其抗拉强度、伸长率、屈服点、冷弯试验及C、S、P的极限含量应符合《普通碳素结构钢技术条件》GBJ700-2006的规定。5.六角套筒(无纹螺母) 采用Q235钢或45号钢制造,其抗拉强度、伸长率、屈服点、冷弯试验及C、S、P的极限含量应符合《普通碳素结构钢技术条件》GBJ700-2006或《优质碳素结构钢》GB699-1996的规定。6.紧固螺钉(顶丝)采用40Gr或40B钢制造,其抗拉强度、伸长率、屈服点、冷弯试验及C、S、P的极限含量应符合《合金结构钢技术条件》GB3077-88的规定,螺钉热处理后的硬度应为HRC36~42.7.支座,支托及其连接件均采用Q235钢。8.上述钢号应有材料的质量证明和复验报告。四.加工及制作要求1.焊接:(1) 钢管与锥头或封板采用E43型电焊条焊接,焊缝要求饱满,不得有夹渣、未焊透、气孔、咬肉等缺陷。钢板与球焊接时,球应预热150~200°C方可施焊,焊接后应进行保温。(2) 钢管两端对接焊缝应按GB50205-2001中二级焊缝质量检查。(3) 每道焊缝应打上焊接者和检验者的编号钢印。焊接者应有考试合格证明。2.高强螺栓要进行硬度及外观检查,不得有裂纹或损伤。3.网架杆件制作完毕必须严格除锈,除锈质量等级达到《涂装前钢材表面锈蚀等级及除锈等级》GB8923-88中的Sa212级,网架表面刷铁红防锈底漆两道。五.安装要求1.安装前结合工程实际情况认真复核支座预埋轴线和水平尺寸偏差以及脚手架搭设情况,保证网架各节点空间位置的准确性,提出避免产生较大安装应力和出现杆件弯曲的有效措施。2.螺栓球节点采取有效可靠的方法,保证螺栓头与锥头或封板紧贴。3.安装时须逐步向前推进,不得采用封闭的拼装工序。4.安装结束后,纵横向边长偏差允许值应为长度的1/2000,且不应大于30mm,中心偏移允许值应为跨度的1/3000,且不应大于30mm,高度偏差允许值应为相邻支座间距的1/400,且不应大于15mm,最高与最低点之间不应大于30mm;网架节点及杆件表面干净不应有疤痕,螺栓球节点应将接缝处及多余孔用油腻子填嵌密封。5.按照《网架工程质量检验评定标准》JGJ78-91先自检,认真填写各项检测数据;填写分项报验单,将所自检数据连同钢网架验收评定资料上报相关部门提请验收。6.网架的制造与安装按以下标准验收:
