影响脑梗死患者住院费用的相关因素分析

【摘要】Objective To analyze the composition and influential factors to the expenses of cerebral infarct patients, and provide effective methods to reduce inpatient costs. Methods The study objects were cerebral infarct patients who were hospitalized from 2010 to 2011 Beijing Shijitan Hospital. T-test, variance and multiple linear regression method were applied to analyze the possible influencing factors of inpatientmedical charge. Results Main influential factors of hospital charges of cerebral infarct patients included the length of hospital stay, the number of dangerous factors of stroke, payment way, age and drug expense. Conclusion The key to reduce inpatient expenses is to shorten (he length of hospital stay, reduce the drug expenses, control dangerous factors of stroke.%目的分析脑梗死患者住院费用的构成及相关的影响因素,以此为依据提出降低住院费用的有效途径.方法以北京世纪坛医院2010-2011年脑梗死出院患者为研究对象,采用t检验、单因素方差分析及多元线性逐步回归对影响住院费用的各种因素进行分析.结果影响脑梗死住院费用的主要因素有住院天数、脑梗死高危因素个数、付费方式、年龄和药费.结论降低住院天数、药费及控制脑梗死的高危因素,是减少脑梗死患者住院费用的关键.
