Electro motion handspike
使用维护说明书
The instruction of using and maintaining
(一)工作原理
1、电动推杆是以电动机为动力源通过一级（或二级）齿轮变速，带动一对丝杠螺母付，把电动机的旋转运动转化为推杆沿导轨的直线运动，并利用电机的正反转来实现往复进退动作。

2、电动推杆装有过载自动保护装置，当电动推杆所受外力超过额定出力时，推杆停止移动。

因螺母与推杆是组成一体的，弹簧受压缩丝杠产生反向位移，拨杆移动。

使超载保护行程开关动作（安装机内），切断电源，电机停止转动。

需再次工作时，必须反向起动或排除故障再起动。

（二）使用环境条件
1、工作环境温度：-15°～+60℃
2、海拨高度：不超过1000米
3、相对湿度：85%以下
4、短时工作制：25%以下
Ⅰ Working principle
1. The electrical power of the electromotion handspike is from the electromotor through using the changing speed of the primary level(or the secondary level) gear wheel to drive a pair of leading nuts. Therefore,the revolving of the electromotor is changed into the beeline movement of the handspike along the slideway. So the reciprocate of the handspike is brought about through the positive and negative revolving of the electromotor.
2. The overload automatic protective device is installed on the electromotion handspike so the handspike will stop working when the extensive force that it received is more than the specified force. Because nuts and handspike are made up into one part and the leading screw moves oppositely and push the handspike to move when the spring is pressed. which makes the overload protective stroke switch (in the installing machine)cut off the electricity. So the electromotor stop working.Only starting oppositely or restarting after fixing a breakdown can make it work again.
Ⅱ The condition of using
1.The temperature of working condition: -15～+60
2.Elevation: no more than 1000 meters
3.Relative humidity: below 85%
4.Short-term working system: below 25%
（三）安装前准备
1、开箱后检查外形有否因运输碰撞损坏。

2、校核电源与电机功率，电压电流相符。

（四）推杆的安装
1、推杆外壳设有安装轴，可根据需要配置不同形式的安装支架、吊架，安装于立、卧的任意适当位置。

2、不带手动操作的推杆拆去电机风罩用手拨动电机风叶，使推杆前后运动正常，拨在需要的安装位置上。

若带手动操作的推杆可用手动轮转动手动轴使推杆前后运动正常，并使推杆停在需要的安装位置上。

3、在需要的位置上应安装限位开关，以控制电动推杆的正常工作行程（若本厂已带外行程可调的推杆不需另装限位开关）。

按电器接线图正确接线。

推荐型号：JLXK1—411。

Ⅲ Preparation of the installation
1.Check if there is damage of the shape for collision in the transportation after
unpacked.
2.Check if the electrical power is accord with the eletromotor, voltage and current. Ⅳ The installation of the handspike
1. Fixing axle is on the outer coverage of the handspike .Different kinds of fixing stand or hanger can be used to install in any suitable position according to the demand.
2. If the handspike need not be operated by hand ,pneumatic hood of the electromotor removed and the fan is turned by hand to make the handspikes move normally up and wards and then turn it on the position in which it need to be installed. If the handspike needs to be operated by hand it must be moved normally up and wards through manual wheel’s turning manual axle and be stopped at the installing position needed.
3.The limit switch must be installed on the positon needed to control the normal working of the electromotion handspike. (Don’t need to install limit if the factory itself has had the handspike which can be adjusted). Connect the lines according to the cirouit diagram. Type recommended :JLXK
-411.

4、推杆内部的二个行程开关在出厂前已按推力调整后固定不能作为正常工作的限位开关使用，但必须与外部的限位开关，交流接触器线圈一起串接在电源中，否则不能起自动保护作用。

5、推杆端部的接头通过销轴与被推拉构件联接后必须灵活如意，才能通电工作。

接头与推杆螺纹以手拧紧为宜，以免损坏机件。

6、严禁未安装外部限位开关直接接通电源而造成推杆至极限行程时损坏机件。

（五）维护与保养
1、运行一段时间应检查保养，12个月更换导套内润滑工业脂和滚珠轴承脂。

2、推杆表面应保持清洁，防护罩系防止尘埃侵入机内切勿拆掉。

4. The two stroke switches at the inside of the handspike which has been fixed after adjusting can not be used as the limit switch of the normal switches but it must be series connected with the outside limit switch and the alternating contact coil. Otherwise, the automatic protection will be useless.
5. Only when the jiont at the terminal connected by pin axle and component that is pushed must be flexible, can the handspike work with electricity. In order not to damage the parts, serew the joint with serew thread by hand.
6. Don’t put through the electricity when the outside limit switch is uninstalled, which will damage the parts because the handspike reaches the limited stroke.
Ⅴ Maintain and repair
1. Check and maintain the handspike after a period of working and change lubricating grease and ball bearing grease in guide cover in 12 months’ time.
2.Keep clear ourside of the handspike and don’t dismantle protective cover that
keep out of dust.。
