【摘要】AIM:To observe the effect of Nd:YAG Iaser on vitreous fIoaters. METHODS:According to the criteria of the study,the 35 eyes of 35 patients with fIoaters determined by sIitIamp with front mirror and type B uItrasound scan were enroIIed. The Nd:YAG Iaser was used to destroy the vitreous fIoaters in order to make them easier to be absorbed. The changes of vitreous fIoaters, visuaI acuity, IOP, the resuIts of sIitIamp examination, type B uItrasound scan and compIications were observed before and after the treatments severaI times. RESULTS:There were 11 eyes with high or moderate myopia in the 35 eyes. In aII patients, the spotted vision improved respectiveIy 2h after the Iaser procedure. After Nd:YAG Iaser treatment,the spotted vision disappeared in 3 eyes (9%) within
24h,and in 11 eyes(31%) within 7d, and in 27 eyes ( 77%) within 30 d, and the effective rate was 77% after 30d. The second Iaser treatment performed 7d after the first Iaser treatment in 2 eyes(6%). There was no significant difference on efficacy between patients with Iow myopia and with high or moderate myopia. The treatment effect in patients with Iow myopia was better than that in patients with moderate or high myopia 30d after treatments(P<0. 05). No compIication occured in or after the
treatments. CONCLUSION: The Nd: YAG Iaser can destroy the vitreous fIoaters, make them easier to be absorbed and obviousIy improve the visuaI acuity, which is a effective way to treat vitreous fIoaters. CarefuI case seIection may decrease the compIication risk.%目的：：观察钕-钇铝石榴石( Nd：YAG)激光治疗玻璃体混浊的效果。

方法：对符合入选要求,飞蚊症状明显,经裂隙灯前置镜联合B型超声检查明确的玻璃体混浊患者35例35眼,采用Nd：YAG激光行玻璃体内混浊灶爆破粉碎,促进其吸收,观察激光治疗前后的视觉症状、视力变化、眼压、裂隙灯显微镜及B超下的改变以及治疗后的并发症。

结果：患
者35眼中,中、高度近视11眼。

所有眼在 Nd：YAG激光治疗后2 h飞蚊症状均有改善；3眼(9％)在术后1d有效；11眼(31％)在术后7d有效；27眼(77％)在
术后30 d有效；术后30 d有效率77％。

2眼(6％)在术后7 d接受二次激光治疗。

治疗后1、7d,低度近视与中高度近视两组患者疗效无统计学差异；治疗后30d,低度近视患者疗效优于中高度近视患者(P<0.01)。

全部治疗眼术中和术后无并发症
发生。

结论：使用Nd：YAG激光粉碎玻璃体混浊灶,促进其吸收,能明显提高视觉
质量,是治疗玻璃体混浊的有效方法,同时需要注意适应证的选择以降低治疗风险。
