命题思路:
杭州市2013年中考英语试题
及2014年中考模拟命题分析
杭州市2013年初中毕业升学统一考试英语命题以《英语课程标准》和《2013年杭州市各类高中文化考试命题实施细则》为依据,考查了学生的“语言素养”。

整套试题遵循“整体稳定、立足基础、强化语用、关注生成”的命题思路,难易度适当,卷面设计合理,整体性强,体现了语言的交际性、实践性、地道性、时代性、开放性和严谨性,是一份信度高、效度好的中考英语试卷。

笔者认为2014年中考模拟命题应该遵循2013年的命题思路。

一、杭州市2013年中考英语试卷基本情况分析
2013年杭州市中考英语试卷命题以检测学生的英语语言素养和语用能力为主要目标,突出对学生在具体语境中综合语言运用能力的考查。

试卷布局规范合理,图文并茂;语言知识与文化背景融合,语言材料真实地道,贴近学生生活,体现教育功能。

试题命制科学严谨,难易适当。

既体现了语言的交际性、真实性、时代性,也体现了语言教学的实践性、开放性和严谨性。

整卷命题思想为:“立足基础,关注能力,强化语用”。

具体特点如下:
(一)立足基础,稳中求变
命题立足对学生英语语言基础知识和基本技能的考查。

试题考查的内容与要求以《2013年杭州市各类高中文化考试命题实施细则》为依据。

考查的知识覆盖面广、信息量大;语言材料的难度与现行教材相当;话题内容基于教学实际和学生生活。

试题的题型、题量和分值保持不变。

单项选择题继续关注对语音知识、基本语法、交际用语、固定搭配、句式结构等基础知识的考查,强调语言在具体语境中的运用,但难度略有下降。

阅读理解的A篇文字量有所增加,因而对阅读速度的要求随之提高。

(二)选材地道,接轨育人
试题的语言材料主要源于英美国家权威出版物的原文,材料地道,题目原创。

试卷中的语篇文本包括记叙文、应用文和说明文。

内容丰富,涉及面广,同时也体现了语言的价值立意和教育功能,对培养学生积极的情感态度、探究科学精神和跨文化意识有很好的教育意义。

完形填空题是一篇记叙文,记叙了一名小车司机深夜独行却自觉遵守交规的故事,反映了极强的交通法规意识和自律精神;阅读第一节的A篇为说明文,以如何使用防晒霜为话题,引导学生在阅读的同时学习基本生活常识;B篇为记叙文,以时间发展为主线,记叙了“空姐”的由来,引发学生对探究历史的兴趣;阅读第二节为图文匹配题,文章向学生介绍了邮寄包裹的基本程序;词语填空以书信体形式记叙了一名国外青年志愿者为慈善机构驯马、组织义卖等活动的故事,反映人与人之间的关爱和当代青年对社会的责任感,对中国学生形成积极的跨文化意识和社会责任心起助推作用。

(三)贴近生活,强化语用
听力材料源于日常生活中常见的话题,问题设计包括对事物和人物关系的判断、对时间、地点和活动
内容的确定,以及根据对话内容进行合理推断,均为学生平时操练的内容。

听力第三节是向学生介绍图书馆内部设施及如何使用的一段独白,命题语言功能目标明确,充分体现了语言学习的工具性。

完形填空是对学生英语语言综合运用能力的考查,学生答题基于对文本上下文意义的深刻理解和对选项的比较和推敲,也基于考生与文本情境、作者思想的共鸣。

答题过程即是对法规制度的学习和内化过程。

阅读理解所设考题包括文章的具体信息、主题概括、段落理解和推理判断题,考查学生快速从文中获取信息、分析问题、解决问题的能力。

同时,要求学生在阅读中学会审读标题、辨析文章结构、梳理文章主线等能力。

这便是要求教师在日常阅读教学中关注文本解读的意义所在。

书面表达要求考生根据所提供的表格信息,谈谈自己的“梦”。

该话题以第一人称来写,所列参考素材源于教材,表格信息提示和规范了考生写作基本框架,因此每位考生均有说话的激情。

同时,对所提供的素材,不同水平的考生可以自主选材使用,最大限度地考虑到了考生语言水平的差异性。

该题除保持了一贯来的交际性和开放性外,特别体现命题对教材的关注。

(四)难易适当, 关注能力
试题内容严格控制在《2013年杭州市各类高中文化考试命题实施细则》范围之内,题目设计科学合理,体现在选项的适度干忧性和答案的正确性。

试题难度适当,符合学生的实际水平并与近几年保持持平,体现考试的公平性和公正性。

综上所述,杭州市2013年中考英语试卷选材考究、语言地道、难度适当、拓展适度。

考查语言基础知识和综合运用能力并行,考查学生整体和个体水平同步,为优秀考生水平的发挥留有一定的空间。

试题体现了思想性与实用性并举、教育性与趣味性兼顾的命题要求。

对初中英语教学“培养学生的英语综合运用能力”有很好的导向作用和指导意义。

二、2014中考模拟试题预测与分析
(一)听力分析(15题25分)。

由于阅读量大,阅读时间有限,学生须具有较高的英语阅读能力和阅读技巧。

本次阅读理解题材新颖,考题灵活。

1.阅读量大,题材、形式多样,内容贴近生活,具有时代感。

2.考题灵活多样,注重语篇理解。

从整个题目来看,有推理判断、逻辑归纳、深层理解,同时也有少
量的浅层次的简单题目。

3.注重情感培养。

每一篇文章都有一个主题。

都能打动学生情感。

选材上与学生生活接近。

(五)词语填空(10题10分)
测试要点如下:
该题同样是考查基础知识,同时考查学生对文本的理解。

重点是词义词形的理解和选择、词组的惯用搭配。

题材的选择体现生活化,与学生的生活贴近,体现语言交际。

(六)书面表达(15分)
测试要点如下:
让语言学习者能在真实或较真实的语境中使用该语言,并能表达思想、交流观点,使语言学习成为学生交际、实践过程,使新的语言自然生成。

该题时代感强,所提供的语言素材有较强的提示作用,且具有一定的开放性。

一个看似简单的写作题蕴涵对考生的审题、组句、关联词的运用、思维的创新等能力的考查。
