美国的感恩节传统英语作文
Thanksgiving is a time for family and friends to come together and enjoy a big meal. We usually have turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie. It's a time to eat until you can't eat anymore!
One of my favorite things about Thanksgiving is the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I love watching all the big balloons and floats go by. It's a tradition for me to watch it every year.
After we eat, we all sit around and talk about what
we're thankful for. It's a nice way to remember all the good things in our lives and appreciate what we have.
Some people like to watch football on Thanksgiving. I'm not a huge fan, but I know it's a big tradition for a lot of families. It's nice to have something to watch while
you're digesting all that food!
Of course, Black Friday is also a big part of Thanksgiving now. Some people even go shopping right after they finish eating! I'm not a fan of the crowds, so I usually just stay home and relax.
Overall, Thanksgiving is a time to eat, be with loved ones, and reflect on what we're thankful for. It's a nice break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.。
