1、腹膜内位器官the tntraperitoneal viscera 2、腹膜间位器官the interperitoneal viscera 3、腹膜外位器官the retroperitoneal viscera 腹膜的功能：分泌和吸收腹膜液、支持和保护
腹外侧壁层次结构
1、皮肤 the skin 2、浅筋膜the superficial fascial 3、深筋膜the deep fascia 4、腹外斜肌the obliquus externus abdominis 5、腹内斜肌the obliquus internus abdominis

1、腹股沟浅环the superficial inguinal ring （皮下环、外环）
2、内侧脚the medial crus （上脚） 3、外侧脚the lateral crus（下脚） 4、脚间纤维the intercrural fibers 5、反转韧带the reflected lig. 6、腹股沟韧带the inguinal ligament 7、腔隙韧带the lacunar lig.（陷窝韧带） 8、耻骨梳韧带the pectineal lig.

腹膜形成物（1） the peritoneal reflections
1、网膜the omentum A. 小网膜the lesser omentun：
肝胃韧带the hepatogastric lig. 肝十二指肠韧带the hepatoduedenal lig.（肝固有动脉、胆总管、门静脉）
C. 浅动脉：腹壁浅动脉the superficial artery、旋髂浅动脉the superficial circumflex iliac artery
D. 浅淋巴：脐以上汇入腋淋巴结，以下 汇入腹股沟浅淋巴结

E. 浅静脉the cutaneous veins： 脐以上-胸腹壁静脉the
血管、淋巴和神经
1、血管：腹内斜肌和腹横肌之间有下5对肋间 动脉和4对腰动脉。还有腹壁上、下动脉及旋 髂深动脉
2、淋巴：腹上部-肋间或胸骨旁淋巴结 腹中部：腰淋巴结
腹下部：髂外淋巴结
3、神经：第7-12对胸神经、髂腹下神经 iliohypogastric nerve、髂腹股沟经 ilioinguinal n.、生殖股神经genitofemoral n.

（胚胎早期）脊柱两侧的睾丸-向下移-（3 个月）髂窝-（7个月）腹股沟深环-（出生 前一个月）腹股沟管-（出生）阴囊 1、隐睾 2、先天性斜疝 3、后天性斜疝 4、交通性鞘膜积液 5、精索鞘膜积液

1、界线：内侧界-腹直肌外侧缘 下界-腹股沟韧带 上界-髂前上棘水平线

A. 骨性标志：耻骨联合pubic symphysis、 肋弓costal arch、剑突xiphoid process、髂前上棘anterior superior iliacspine、髂嵴iliac crest、耻骨结节 pubic tubercle
D、十二指肠韧带the suspensory ligament of the duedenum（ligament of Treitz）、 the suspensory muscle of duodenum
E、膈结肠韧带the phrenicocolic ligament

浅层结构
A. 皮肤 the skin薄而富有弹性，常为临 床选择游离皮瓣
B. 浅筋膜 the superficial fascia： Camper筋膜（脂肪层）、Scarpa筋 膜（膜样层），该层连到会阴浅筋膜 （colls筋膜）
2、系膜the mesenteries and mesocolons
A. 小肠系膜the mesentery of the small intestine
B. 阑尾系膜the mesentery of the appendix（the mesoappendix）
C. 横结肠系膜the mesentery of transverse colon
结合较松，可活动。 腹膜脏层visceral layer 腹膜外组织extraperitoneal tissue （浆膜下组织）
腹膜腔peritoneal cavity：
男性密闭，女性-定时与外界相通，临床 习惯称为腹腔，内有腹膜液。腹膜液膈 下吸收较快，故临床术后病人采取半卧 位，以免吸收过快，引起不良反映。

1、境界与分区 Boundaries and division 上界：胸廓下口
下界：耻骨联合上缘、耻骨嵴、耻骨结节、腹股沟 韧带、髂嵴与腰5下缘的连线。
以腋后线为界：分为腹前壁、腹外侧壁、腹后壁 腹腔the abdomen cavity：以小骨盆为界分为固有
腹腔和盆腔，其实际范围要大于腹部的境界 分区：九分法、四分法
the obliquus externus abd.和腹内斜肌 部分 • 后壁-腹横筋膜the transverse fascia和 联合腱
腹股沟斜疝 the indirect inguinal hernias
1、精索the spermatic cord 输精管the ductus deferens 睾丸动脉testicular artery 蔓状静脉丛pampeniform plexus of vein 淋巴管lymphatic vessels
腹股沟三角-海氏三角 hesselbach´s triangle
1、内界：腹直肌外侧缘 2、外上界：腹壁下动脉、静脉 3、下界：腹股沟韧带 4、该三角腹壁三层肌肉缺乏，较薄弱，
易造成腹股沟直疝
5、直疝与斜疝的区别是以腹壁下动脉为 界线。
腹膜the peritoneum
腹膜壁层perietal layer： 在膈下和腹白线处结合紧密，其余部分
B. 脾的韧带the ligaments of the spleen
a) 胃脾韧带the gastrosplenic ligament
b) 脾肾韧带the splenorenal ligament
c) 膈脾韧带the phrenicosplenic ligament
C、胃的韧带：胃膈韧带the gastrophrenicum ligament
（the transverse mesocolon） D. 乙状结肠系膜the sigmoid mesocolon E. 卵巢系膜、输卵管系膜、子宫系膜

6、腹横肌the transversus abdominis
结合肌、联合腱conjioned tendon（腹 股沟镰the inguinal falx）睾提肌the cremaster
7、腹横筋膜the transversalis fascial凹 间韧带、腹环
8、腹膜外脂肪extraperitoneal fascial （腹膜下筋膜）
