四、教学过程
Step 1 Greetings and revision
1. Enjoy a song:
2. T: What countries do you learn from this song?
T: A is for Australia. Can you talk about Australia?
引导学生从animals , sport , cities, weather, people 等方面谈谈关于澳大利亚的信息。
Step 2 Grammar time
1. T: You’ll find many interesting things in Australia.
The children in our book will learn about Australia next week.
(PPT) We’ll learn about Australia next week.
T: They’ll find out about this country next week. What will they do ?
逐个呈现:I’l l send an email to my friend in Australia.
He’ll ask Mr Green tomorrow.
He’ll read about Australia on the Internet.
She’ll go to the library and look for books and magazines about Australia tomorrow.
2.讲解:will 以及you’ll = you will,we’ll = we will,they’ll = they will,I’ll =
I will,he’ll = he will,she’ll = she will
3.引导学生观察will后跟的动词的形式,得出:will+动词原形。
讲解一般将来时以及与一般将来时连用的时间状语,并让学生多说一些表示将来的时间短语。
4. T: Mother kangaroos have some cards in their pockets.
Make sentences with “will”, as more as you can.
5. Look at th e pictures and make sentences with “will”.
Step 3 Fun time
1. T: Wang Bing will visit the UK this summer holiday. Before he goes to theUK, he will learn about it . Guess, what will he do ?
2. T: He asked his friend Mingming in the UK. And Mingming answers his email.
Let’s read his email.
3. 自读邮件,找出不认识的单词,试读一下。
学习单词:place , for example, Oxford, like
认识有名的建筑:Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the London Eye
