我从前演讲很紧张英语作文
I used to get really nervous when I had to give a speech. My hands would shake, my voice would tremble, and I would forget what I wanted to say. It was a really uncomfortable experience for me.
But over time, I started to work on my public speaking skills. I practiced in front of a mirror, recorded myself, and even joined a public speaking club. It took a lot of time and effort, but eventually, I started to feel more confident on stage.
One of the things that really helped me was changing my mindset. Instead of focusing on how nervous I felt, I started to think about how I could connect with the audience and share my message. Shifting my focus in this way made a big difference in how I approached public speaking.
Another thing that helped me was learning to control my
breathing. When I felt anxious, I would take deep breaths to calm myself down. This simple technique made a huge difference in how I felt before and during a speech.
I also learned the importance of preparation. The more I knew my material, the less nervous I felt. So, I made sure to thoroughly research my topic and practice my speech multiple times before the big day.
Finally, I realized that making mistakes was okay. In fact, it was normal. Once I accepted that, I felt less pressure to be perfect and was able to relax more during my speeches.。
