一、前言
FU型板链式输送机(简称“链运机”)的运行好坏和使用寿命的长短,不仅取决于合理的设计和制造质量,而且还要有正确的安装、操作和维护。
当在运行过程中出现突然故障时,能够抓住主要问题所在,采取相应措施及时快速加以解决。
使损失减少到最小。

二、安装前的准备
1、设备到达后,用户应即对链运机的零部件进行清点、分类和质量检查,并妥善保存,不应露天堆放,
以免锈蚀和损坏机件。
如发现机件不全或损坏情况,应设法补齐或修复。
2、安装前应仔细核对安装地点的厂房、地基或平台与链运机之间的安装尺寸,特别应注意驱动装置对
链运机的安装位置(左装或右装)是否符合设计图纸要求。
如发现实际尺寸和设计尺寸不符合时,应测出实际尺寸后进行修改,以保证安装质量。
3、安装前应准备好必要的安装工具和材料。

3rd,Before the installment, should prepare essential the erecting tool and the material.
三、设备安装
1、安装时应配备钳工、起重工、电工和电焊工等专业工人参加。
2、安装时首先对基础和安装支架(槽钢)用水平仪找平,然后点焊固定(当基础做
成预埋件时);当基础为预留孔时,用地脚螺栓将安装支架固定。
安装支架应避开各节之间的连接法兰,各支架间距可在3000mm以内变化。
3、链运机的安装:
⑴打开所有机壳的上盖板,将头部装配、中间节和尾部装配,按装配顺序用螺栓将连接法兰连接。

兰之间应加石棉绳或其它密封垫密封。
⑵保证机壳的水平极为重要,特别要保证机壳内壁平直度,可用拉线找直、用水平仪找平。
找平后须

检查,不允许壳体法兰接头处有上下、左右的错移,以使链条在运行时不产生擦板现象。
只允许机壳下部沿链条运动方向的前面机壳法兰下内口稍低,错位值不大于1.5mm。
⑶输送机组装后测定其总的不直度。
根据输送机的长短,机身外壁对头、尾、轮中心线的最大的总偏
差值不应超过表(1)所列的范围。

⑵Guaranteed that cabinet's level great importance, must guarantee specially cabinet endophragm
straightness, the available back guy looks straight, levels with the horizon. After levelling, must inspect, does not allow the shell flanged joint place to have high and low, about wrong to move, causes the chain link when the movement does not have the washboard phenomenon. Only lower part the permission cabinet bores along under the chain link heading's front cabinet flange slightly lowly, the dislocation value is not bigger than 1.5mm.
⑶ After conveyer assembly, determines its total nonstraightness. According to conveyer's length, the fuselage
outer wall enemy, the tail, the wheel middle line's greatest total deviation amount should not surpass the scope which Table (1) arranges in order.

头轮、尾轮、托轮及导轨必须对中。
⑹链条的安装:
①链条在安装前应检查其关节转动是否灵活,如转动困难,应拆下用汽油或煤油洗净锈斑、并用砂
纸擦光至转动灵活后方可安装。
严禁涂抹润滑油。

②打开头部端盖,将尾轮调到拉紧行程的起端;将链条正确的放入链运机下部导轨上(链钩向上)。
③为使搬运和安装方便,将4米左右的链条串接为一组,逐组往输送机里安装。
链条绕过头轮后可
用人工盘车带动,最后在水平中间段的上部予以连接。
④每台链运机至少配一付刮板(二节),作为清扫器,防止机壳底部结料,而使链钩磨损加剧,安装
时应注意方向。
⑤链条安装后,应调紧拉紧装置。
链条要适当的张紧度,使链条的垂度在40mm~60mm之间,不宜
太紧或太松,如发现太紧或太松,应在最后接头处,加入或卸下2节链条,然后再行调整。
经调整后的尚未利用的拉紧行程应不小于全行程的50%。
⑺当链运机的输送长度大于30m时,为防止上部链条可能出现翻链现象,应配有若干付压辊,在链
条调整后均布的焊在机壳上。
压辊与链条间隙在2~4mm之间。
⑻将进料口放置在合理的位置,保证到尾轴轴线的最小距离。
采用上进料或两侧进料时在进料口法
兰处焊分料角钢。
进料口焊接在机壳上后焊缝必须密封,然后沿进料口内腔在机壳上割一口子。
以保证进料畅通。
⑼链运机的出料口设在头部,用户需要中间出料时,也应保留头部出料口。
开中间出料口时,应相
应割断下导轨,并将两头向底板弯曲。
当中间出料口带闸门时,需在其上面盖板上开一观察口,焊在盖板上。
⑽驱动装置机架必须牢固地安装在基础或平台支架上。
电动机、减速器的输出轴应和头轮轴平行,大小链轮应对中,其中心线偏差应小于2mm,定位后用螺栓与驱动装置紧固。
⑾开式链传动的传动链条在安装前,应先启动电动机,检查小链轮的转动方向是否与链条的运行方向一致。
(链条运行方向是:输送机下部链条应向着出料口方向运动),如旋转方向有误,则应重新联接电源线后方可安装传动链条。
链条安装后其垂度在10~30mm。
链轮罩下半部固定在适当位置上,罩壳内应注入润滑油。
润滑油的运动粘度为30mm²/s~40mm²/s,链条浸入油池深度为
6 12mm。
⑿链运机在空载运行满意后,盖上盖板和连接板,并垫上石棉线或其它密封垫。

⑺When the chain conveyor's transportation length is bigger than 30m, upside is prevents the chain link
possibly to appear turns the chain phenomenon, should have certain pays the drag roll, after chain link adjustment equispaced welding on cabinet. Drag roll and chain link gap between 2~4mm.
⑻Lays aside the feed head in the reasonable position, guarantees the screw shaft spool thread's minimum
range. Uses on feeds or when both sides feeding in the feed head flange place welds the minute material angle steel. Feed head welding after cabinet the welded joint must seal, then shears an opening along the feed head cavity on the cabinet. Guaranteed that feeding is unimpeded.
⑼When the chain conveyor's discharge hole is located in the forehead, among the user need the material,
should also retain the forehead discharge hole. When operates the middle discharge hole, under should cut off the guide rail correspondingly, and is curving two to the ledger wall. When middle discharge hole band brake gate, must open a viewing port on its top lap, welds on the lap.
⑽The drive rack must install reliably in the foundation or on the platform support. The electric motor, reduction gear's output shaft should with a wheel axle parallel, the big and small chain wheel deal, the core deviation should be smaller than 2mm, after the localization, uses the bolt and the drive fastening.
⑾Opens the type chain drive the driving chain before the installment, should the starting motor, inspect the small chain wheel's rotation direction first to be whether consistent with chain link's movement direction.(the chain link movement direction is: Lower part the conveyer the chain link should turn toward the discharge hole direction movement), if the hand of rotation contains errors, after should join the power line, only then installs the driving chain. After chain link installment, its dip in 10~30mm.The chain wheel covers the lower part to fix in the appropriate position, the lagging planted agent pours into the lubricating oil. The lubricating oil kinematic viscosity is 30mm ² /s~40mm ² /s, the chain link plunges the oil sump depth is 6~12mm.
⑿Chain conveyor after lost motion satisfaction, covers the lap and the junction panel, and fills up the
asbestos yarn or other gaskets.
四、试车运转
链运机的试车运转(简称试车),分空载试运转和负载试运转两个阶段。
空车运转正常后方可进行负荷试车。

1.空车试运转:
①检查链运机内部是否有遗留的工具、铁件或其它杂物,如有应予清除;
②对所有轴承、尾部轴承座导轨、减速器和传动链条等,应给予足够的润滑;
③全面检查输送机各部分是否完好无损,链条的张紧度是否合适。
④上述各项准备工作完成后,先用手动盘车,观察链条是否与壳体碰到和跑偏,当无缺陷后,可接通
电源,点动开车几次,如运转正常,即可使输送机连续运转。
⑤试车工作应统一指挥进行,以避免造成试车时的混乱。
管理开停车的人员应严格遵守开停口令,并
不应远离工作岗位。
⑥在头、尾部和中间各主要部位,应有专人负责观察运转情况,如发现问题应及时报告停车。
⑦当空车试运转2小时并对运转情况认为满意后,方可进行负载试运转。
⑧盖上所有盖板及连接板,并垫上足量石棉线或其它密封垫,等待负载试运转。
2.负载试运转:
①首先空载启动,待运转正常后,逐渐加料,力求加料均匀,不得骤然大量加料,以防堵塞或过载。
不能先装料后开车
②试车时壳体应完全密闭,以防物料冒出。
加料口应装有格子网,以防大块物料或坚硬杂物混入输送
机。
③停车时需把输送机内的物料全部排出后方可停车。
④试车时(空车试运转和负载试运转),应做好电压、电流、功率、链速和输送量等数据的原始记录,
并查对是否符合设计要求。
Fourth, Test run revolution

④After the above each preparatory work completes, uses the manual jigger first, observes the chain link whether to bump into with the shell and run, when after not having the flaw, may put through the power source, the spot moves drives several times, if the work on six cylinders, then causes the conveyer continuous working.
⑤The test run work should the unified command carry on, avoids creates when the test run the confusion. Manages the parking the personnel should observe strictly stop the password, should not be far away from the operating post.
⑥, the rear part and among each main spot, should have the specialist to be responsible to observe the working condition, if found that the problem should report the parking promptly.

⑦In the sky the vehicle test run 2 hours and reveals satisfaction after the working condition, only then
carry on the load test run.
⑧Covers all laps and the junction panel, and fills up the sufficiency asbestos yarn or other gaskets, the
waiting load test run.
2. Load test run:
①The first idling starts, after awaiting shipment is put on regular status often, gradually feeds in raw
material, makes every effort to feed in raw material evenly, do not feed in raw material massively suddenly, by against jamming or overload. After cannot feed first, drives

loaded with the standard subnet, mixes in the conveyer by against bulk material or the hard sundry goods.
③When parking after must discharge completely conveyer's in material, only then stops.
④When test run (spatial vehicle test run and load test run), should complete the voltage, the electric
current, the power, the chain fast and data and so on transportation quantity historic records, and verifies whether to meet the design requirements.
五、操作和维修
1.使用链运机前,应先空载运转一定时间,待设备运转正常后方可加料,应保持加料要均匀,不得
大量突增或过载运行。
2.如无特殊情况,不得负载停车。
需停车时,应先停止加料和将输送机内物料全部卸空后方可停车。
3.输送机在工作时,不允许对运行部件进行清扫和修理,也不允许调整涨紧装置。
4.对在满载运输时发生紧急停车后的启动,必须先用人工排料然后再点动几次来排空输送机内的物
料。
5.如来几台链运机衔接使用,启动时应先开动最后卸料的一台,而后逐台往前开动,停车顺序则与
启动顺序相反。
6.运行过程中应严防铁件、大块硬物和杂物等混入输送机内,以免损伤输送机或造成其它事故。
7.操作人员经常观察输送机的运行情况,检查各处连接螺栓是否紧固,中间导轨磨损情况,链条有
无损坏,如发现链钩磨损脱落、链销磨损或脱落以及链条滚子磨损严重或中间导轨磨损严重的情况,应及时修复或更换。
8.链运机内的死角处如有过多物料积聚,应予清除,以免影响链运机的运行和造成链条磨损加剧。
9.要经常注意调节螺旋式拉紧装置,使链条保持适当的张紧度。
调节器节时两边的要螺杆均匀移动,
使尾轮轴线与输送机中心线保持垂直、调节后用螺母锁紧。
调节螺杆的表面应经常保持清洁涂油润滑。
10.链运机各润滑部位保持良好润滑(见表2),但应注意对链条和与其接触的支撑导轨、头轮、尾轮与托轮等接触面不得涂润滑油。

6. In the movement process should take strict precautions against the iron stock, the bulk hard object and the sundry goods and so on mixes in the conveyer, in order to avoid damages the conveyer or creates other accidents.
7. The operators continuous observation conveyer's operational aspect, inspects each place connecting bolt whether to fasten, the middle guide rail attrition situation, whether there does the chain link damage, like the discovery chain hook attrition falls off, the chain pin to wear either to fall off as well as the chain link roller wears serious or the middle guide rail wears the serious situation, should repair or the replacement promptly.

Adjusts screw rod's surface to maintain spreads frequently the oil lubrication cleanly.
10. The chain conveyor each oil site maintains the good lubrication (see Table 2), but should pay attention to contact faces and so on chain link and with its contact support guide rail, first run, rear wheel and under roller do not spread the lubricating oil.

六、故障处理
