Dragon Boat Festival is one of the most traditional festivals in China, and this year, I decided to celebrate it in a different way by traveling to Hong Kong. The city, known for its fusion of Eastern and Western cultures, offered a unique perspective on this ancient celebration.
Upon arrival, the vibrant atmosphere was palpable. The streets were adorned with colorful banners and dragon decorations, reflecting the spirit of the festival. The races were held at the Victoria Harbour, where teams of rowers, clad in matching uniforms, paddled furiously to the rhythm of drums. The sight of the dragon-headed boats slicing through the water was both thrilling and mesmerizing.
