Africa is a continent rich in natural resources and diverse cultural heritage. However, despite its vast and fertile lands, many regions in Africa struggle with food insecurity. One of the staple foods in Africa is porridge, a simple yet nutritious dish made from grains such as maize, sorghum, or millet. This traditional dish has sustained communities for generations, providing them with the energy and nourishment needed to survive in harsh environments.
