经右胸微创小切口二尖瓣置换术后的护理体会

【摘要】Abstrct Objective: To explore the best nursing cooperation for improving the successful rate of surgery by analyzing the nursing experience in minimally invasive mitral valve replacement via right minithoracotomy. Methods: The nursing observation and experience with 41 patients after minimally invasive mitral valve replacement via right minithoracotomy from December 2010 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among the 41 patients, I case with postoperative bleeding,2 cases with postoperative venal dysfunction, all the 3 cases were ultimately recovered and discharged after active treatment and enhanced nursing. Conclusion: The positive postoperative nursing observation and cooperation can effectively promote the development of minimally invasive valve replacement.% 目的：通过分析经右胸小切口二尖瓣膜置换术后的护理体会，探讨经右胸小切口二尖瓣膜置换术后最佳护理配合，提高手术成功率。
方法：总结分析自2010年12月至2012年10月完成的41例经右胸小切口二尖瓣置换手术后的护理观察和体会。
结果：41例病人中1例发生术后大出血，2例发生术后肾功能不全，经积极治疗和加强护理后最终均康复出院。
结论：经右胸小切口二尖瓣膜置换术术后积极的护理配合、观察能有效促进微创瓣膜置换手术的开展。
