1 Purpose编制目的
In concrete pouring pile construction,there exists some quality defects.Samples will be taken from some defective piles by vertical core drilling and test report will be issued to verify pile shaft and concrete meet the requirements of design.
LNG混凝土灌注桩施工过程中部分在质量上存在着争议,为验证桩身及桩身混凝土是否满足设计要求,对部分存在缺陷的桩进行垂直钻芯取样,检测芯样,并出具检测报告。

做好现场管理人员及工人的岗前培训和安全教育工作。

All testing staff should accept safety technical disclosure in detail before construction.
施工前,需对检测人员进行详细的安全技术交底。

3.2 Materials Preparation材料准备
We should prepare for non-shrinkage grout, water and so on.
施工前,应准备好灌浆料、水等材料。

现场施工人员为相关检测单位的检测人员。

5.1 Construction process施工流程
Excavation开挖→Pile head break破桩头→PIT test PIT试验→Confirm the test pile各方确定需要钻芯的桩→Install the equipment安装、调试钻芯设备→core drilling钻芯取样→test选样送检→dismantle the equipment拆除设备→Repair the pile修补取芯的桩。

5.2 Construction method施工方法
(1)The pile head is buried under the natural ground, and core drilling will be taken after pile head breaking due to the impact of work process and schedule.
现场混凝土灌注桩埋在自然地坪以下,由于工期和工序原因,先进行开挖破桩工作,再进行钻芯施工。

(2)Breaking pile head per requirements of collar construction. After cleaning of the construction joint, low strain dynamic test should be carried out. Core sampling if low strain dynamic test result is good.
按要求在凿桩头工作后,进行低应变试验。

合格后继续钻芯取样工作。

(3)According to site construction record,preliminarily decide by all parties that the pile to be sampled.
根据现场施工记录,确定需要钻芯取样的桩。

(4)Install and debugging the core drilling equipment. Since the pile shaft is rater long, verticality and pile position deviation should be taken into consideration when decide coring point.
安装并调试钻芯取样设备。

因为桩较长,所以对中时要参照测孔的垂直度与桩位偏差(5)Witten informs XX and Supervision Company to check equipment installation on site
and witness the whole process after installation accepted.
书面通知总包和监理现场检查安装情况,合格后开始钻芯施工,并全过程见证。

(6)Takes samples by the drilling machine. Drill one hole in every pile within 10cm~15cm distance to pile center point and take at least three test samples from each core to do compressive strength test.
采用钻机进行取样,钻孔位置需控制在距桩中心10CM~15CM位置,在一个孔钻芯取样中至少取一组即三个试件进行抗压试验。

(7)When the pile length is less than 10m, each hole should be 2 interception set of core samples.With 10m~30m length,each hole should be 3 interception set of core samples and when the pile length is more than 30m, each hole shouldn’t be less than 4 interception set of core samples.
当桩长小于10m时,每孔应截取2组芯样;当桩长为10m~30m时,每孔应截取3组芯样;当桩长大于30m时,每孔应截取芯样不少于4组。


(8)Select the samples: the position of top samples should not be more than 2m or the radio of the pile from the top design elevation of the pile. the position of bottom samples should not be more than 2m or the radio of the pile from the bottom design elevation of the pile. The middle samples should be equal distance.
芯样截取:上部芯样位置距桩顶设计标高不宜大于1倍桩径或超过2米;下部芯样位置距桩底不宜大于1倍桩径或超过2米;中部芯样宜等间距截取。

(9)Record the sample for inspection. Remove the equipment after decide by all parties which sample is to be tested.
分段取出芯样并记录,待各方联合选定芯样后送检,拆除设备。

(10)Waiting for the testing result. If qualified, the construction can be carried on, and if not qualified, repair or strengthen actions will be needed.
等待检验结论:合格→继续施工;不合格→制定修补或补强方案。

(11)Fill in the coring hole with mixed non-shrinkage grout and compound it. The mix proportion will be XX kg water: XX kg grout: XX kg aggregates. Aggregate dimension is 5~10mm and mix time 45~60 seconds. Grouting material certificate and testing cube strength report should be issued.
对钻完后的孔洞,用无收缩灌浆料灌满填实。

水:灌浆材料:骨料=XX Kg:XX Kg:XX Kg,骨料选用5~10mm石子。

搅拌时间控制在45~60秒。

并应有适配的强度报告和材料的检测报告。

(12)Two ways about grouting:
灌浆有两种方法:
(a)Before fill in, pump out water in the hole with mini-water-pump and fill in mixed grout directly from the top. Count the amount of each bucket during filling, and use a plummet or rebar tied to steel thread to up and down several times to expel air from the mixed grout at each bucket until complete.
灌注前,用小型水泵先将空洞中的水排除,搅拌灌浆材料后,直接从上口处灌入孔中,灌注过程中,计算每次灌注量,用细钢丝端部绑扎线坠或粗钢筋,每灌注一桶,将线坠或粗钢筋上下拉动几次,将空气排出,反复进行,直至灌满。

(b)Or leave the water there, and put a 75~80mm diameter pipe down to 200mm to the bottom of hole, and then fill in mixed grouting by this pipe (same method used on piling).
灌注前,采用不抽水方法,用直径75~80mm的管子连接,伸到孔底约200mm位置,用浆料从管中灌入。

6 Quality Requirements质量要求
6.1 Measures of Quality Assurance质量保证措施
(1)During sampling, HXCC will send written inspection notification to EPC asking EPC and Supervision Company geotechnical engineer to inspect.
在取样过程中,华兴将递交检查通知给总包,由总包和监理地质工程师到场检查。

(2)Clean the pile head to harden concrete on surface and ensure no cracks, and to avoid dirt slip into hole.
清除灌注桩顶,使表面混凝土必须坚硬,无松动,无裂缝,清理干净,避免取样时泥土滑落孔中。

(3)The drilling machine should be installed vertically and steadily and the pedestal should be balanced. The center of vertical axis of drilling machine and the hole center should be in the same line. During the coring process, the drilling machine should not incline or move, and timely
adjustment to correct errors. The verticality should be within 0.5%.(If coring out of plumbness or hit into rebar, another new hole will be selected to start again.)
钻机设备安装必须周正、稳固、底座水平。

钻机立轴中心、与孔中心必须在同一铅垂线上。

经常校正,及时纠偏,应确保钻芯过程中不发生倾斜、移位,钻芯孔垂直。

垂直度控制在0.5%范围内。

(如果出现偏心或钻到钢筋现象,则另选孔重新钻孔)
(4)It is forbidden to take out the core from the machine by knocking.
提钻卸取芯样时,应拧卸钻头和扩孔器,严禁敲打卸芯。

(5)Each time drilling in better to be within a depth of 1.5m and the depth of sample taken should conform to requirements.
每次进尺宜控制在1.5米内,取样的深度按照要求执行。

(6)During coring process, keep the circle water.
钻进过程中,钻孔内循环水流不得中断。

(7)Record the coring situation and any abnormity. And describe the core quality primarily.
及时记录钻进情况和钻进异常情况。

对芯样质量进行初步描述。

(8)After the coring work, mark the core including the pile number.
钻芯结束后,应对芯样进行标识,应标有桩号。

After sampling and verifying, decide which segment is chosen as core sample. Remark, number, sealing, delivery and pressure testing for core sample.
取样后经过验证,决定取那一段作为芯样。

对芯样进行标识,编号,封样,送样,试压。

(9)Take picture of the nameplate including pile length, coring hole depth and the name of inspection organization.
桩长、孔深、检测单位名称的标示牌全貌进行拍照。

(10)Sample inspected and report issued by the required company.
送要求的单位进行检测,并出具监测报告
(11)When single pile is test qualified, fill in the hole with aggregate and grout from bottom to top. Otherwise the hole should be covered and leave for further treatment.
当单桩检测合格后,应采用水泥加骨料制作的灌浆料,从钻芯孔底灌满封闭。

否则应封存钻芯孔,留待处理。

7 Safety Requirements安全要求
(1)All the operators should attend safety training and abide by site HSE regulations.
参与施工人员必须经过入场三级安全培训。

并遵守现场HSE施工要求。

(2)Provide proper PPE and ensure correctly wearing.
配备现场规定的劳动保护用品,并正确佩戴。

(3)As per related construction’s requirement in design, technician conducts the technical induction with the operation personnel. Operation personnel must be experienced and competent.
技术人员根据施工要求,向操作人员进行安全技术交底,操作人员需是熟练的操作工。

(4)All electrical job including wire connection, electrical circuit maintenance and repair should be done by qualified electricians.
施工用电,必须要有资格的人员从事接线、设备电路检修等工作。

无资质人员禁止碰电。

(5)Follow site requirements such as power cable above ground, lock-out/tag-out, and regular check etc.
遵守建筑施工现场临时用电规范要求,如:电缆线架空、或埋地标识,电箱上锁、定期检查等。

(6)When equipment is not working, shut down the machine, cut down power supply and special person to take charge.
如设备不连续作业时,应停机断电,派人看管。

(7)Follow site lifting safety rules when lifting and transporting equipments.
吊装运输施工机械时,遵守现场吊装安全操作要求。

(8)If the working area is close to other working areas, necessary barricading or marking is needed. And spotter man is required during working.
施工作业区域,如临近其他作业时,应当进行必要的维护和标识。

施工过程中有人监督。

(9)If we need scaffold erection,we should ensure that the scaffold must apply to requirements, with double handrail and anti-skidding method taken on ladder stand, and can be used only after accepted by EPC safety supervision.
若需搭设脚手架,脚手架搭设符合要求,爬梯设有防滑措施,双栏杆围护。

并经过总包安全人员检查合格后使用。
