Firstly, it's important to understand what stress is and its impact on us. Stress is the body's response to any kind of demand or change. When we are stressed, our bodies release hormones such as cortisol, which can lead to physical symptoms like headaches, stomachaches, and sleep problems. Mentally, stress can cause us to feel anxious, moody, or even depressed.
To cope with stress, one of the most effective methods
is to practice relaxation techniques. Deep breathing, for example, can help us calm down and reduce the levels of stress hormones in our bodies. Other relaxation techniques include yoga, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation.
