1.聚四氟乙烯聚四氟乙烯是用于密封的氟塑料之一。
聚四氟乙烯以碳原子为骨架,氟原子对称而均匀地分布在它的周围,构成严密的屏障,使它具有非常宝贵的综合物理机械性能(表14—9)。
聚四氟乙烯对强酸、强碱、强氧化剂有很高的抗蚀性,即使温度较高,也不会发生作用,其耐腐蚀性能甚至超过玻璃、陶瓷、不锈钢以至金、铂,所以,素有“塑料王”之称。
除某些芳烃化合物能使聚四氟乙烯有轻微的溶胀外,对酮类、醇类等有机溶剂均有耐蚀性。
只有熔融态的碱金属及元素氟等在高温下才能对它起作用。
聚四氟乙烯的介电性能优异,绝缘强度及抗电弧性能也很突出,介质损耗角正切值很低,但抗电晕性能不好。
聚四氟乙烯不吸水、不受氧气、紫外线作用、耐候性好,在户外暴露3年,抗拉强度几乎保持不变,仅伸长率有所下降。
聚四氟乙烯薄膜与涂层由于有细孔,故能透过水和气体。
表14-9聚四氟乙烯性能聚四氟乙烯在200℃以上,开始极微量的裂解,即使升温到结晶体熔点327℃,仍裂解很少,每小时失重为万分之二。
但加热至400℃以上热裂解速度逐渐加快,产生有毒气体,因此,聚四氟乙烯烧结温度一般控制在375~380℃。
聚四氟乙烯分子间的范德华引力小,容易产生键间滑动,故聚四氟乙烯具有很低的摩擦系数及不粘性,摩擦系数在已知固体材料中是最低的。
聚四氟乙烯的导热系数小,该性能对其成型工艺及应用影响较大。
其不但导热性差,且线膨胀系数较大,加入填充剂可适当降低线膨胀系数。
在负荷下会发生蠕变现象,亦称作“冷流”,加入填充剂可减轻蠕变程度。
聚四氟乙烯可以添加不同的填充剂,选择的填充剂应基本满足下述要求:能耐380℃高温即四氟制品的烧结温度;与接触的介质不发生反应;与四氟树脂有良好的混入性;能改善四氟制品的耐磨性、冷流性、导热性及线膨胀系数等。
常用的填充剂有无碱无蜡玻璃纤维、石墨、碳纤维、MoS2、A123、CaF2、焦炭粉及各种金属粉。
如填充玻璃纤维或石墨,可提高四氟制品的耐磨、耐冷流性,填充MoS2可提高其润滑性,填充青铜、钼、镍、铝、银、钨、铁等,可改善导热性,填充聚酰亚胺或聚苯酯,可提高耐磨性,填充聚苯硫醚后能提高抗蠕变能力,保证尺寸稳定等。

管道代号编号规则及含义(1)管道代号编号规则及含义管道及管件的选用应符合我院《压力管道设计技术统一规定》和《化工管道设计规范》(HGJ8-87)的规定,按照《化工工艺设计施工图内容和深度统一规定》(HG20519.37-92)的要求,管道及仪表流程图中的管道应标注四个部分,即管道号(管段号,由三个单元组成)、管径、管道等级和隔热或隔声代号,总称为管道组合号(管道代号),一般标注在管道的上方,如下所示:PG 03 001–100 L1B - C(1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)管道组合号(管道代号)由六个单元组成,这六个单元依次是:(1)物料代号;(2)主项代号;(3)管道顺序号,以上三个单元组成管道号(管段号);(4)管道尺寸;(5)管道等级;(6)隔热或隔声代号。

关于电力猫PLC100(运用POEM-TECH电力载波通讯芯片PLT050)常见技术问答1、使用 PLC100上网是否有触电危险?会不会损坏电脑?PLC100 设备采取了多种保护措施来确保设备使用的绝对安全:1 )POEM-TECH电力载波通讯芯片PLT050利用线圈的耦合原理将高频信号耦合到电力线中并从电力线中分离,PLC100 设备中数据信号的传输线路不得与 220V 电线直接连接。
2 )电路设计中,强、弱电路分开设计,保证信号线路中不会出现高电压。
3 ) PLC100 设备电路中设置过压保护装置,避免由于感应或短路造成对计算机和用户的伤害。

IntroductionTypical usage of the SVP100 (FIGURE 1-1) is to place its surge protectors in-line between the sensors and a Campbell Scientific datalogger. The SVP100 is used to supplement the built-in surge protection provided by the datalogger.FIGURE 1-1. SVP1002. Precautions• READ AND UNDERSTAND the Safety section at the front of this manual.• Always ensure no voltage is present when installing the SVP100, or when changing any wire connections.•Warning: Improper wiring may damage the SVP100 beyond repair. 3. Initial InspectionUpon receipt of the SVP100, inspect the packaging and contents for damage. File any damage claims with the shipping company. Ensure that all components are present. Smaller items may not be readily visible within the packaging.4. OverviewThe SVP100 consists of a DIN rail and surge protectors to provide three-stage surge protection to analog and digital circuits. The analog surge protector (pn31273) provides protection for a floating double conductor, with a separateSVP100 Surge Voltage Protector2 ground connection. The digital surge protector (pn 31274) provides protection for two signal wires with a common reference potential, with a separate ground connection. Both versions provide protection up to 24 Vdc.The SVP100 is designed to mount on Campbell Scientific’s standard enclosure backplates with 1-inch centered, pre-punched square accessory mounting holes. The SVP100 consists of one or more surge protectors mounted on a DIN rail bracket. A single end plate is used to cover the last surge protector.5. SpecificationsSurge protection is provided by a three-stage surge protection system. SVP100 surge protector schematicsSVP100 Surge Voltage Protector36. Installation6.1 Mounting the SVP100The SVP100 uses a DIN rail to allow multiple surge protectors to be mounted in a compact space. Up to 22 surge protectors can be mounted on a single DIN rail.1. Determine where the DIN rail is to be mounted inside the enclosure, noting which holes in the enclosure grid line up with the outside holes of the DIN rail.2. Insert a plastic grommet into the two holes lining up with the outer DIN rail holes, and then secure the DIN rail to the enclosure grid using the mounting screws and washers included with the SVP100.3. Mount the surge protectors on the DIN rail. The surge protectors are attached to the DIN rail as shown in FIGURE 6-1.FIGURE 6-1. Installing surge protectors on a DIN rail4. SVP100 with surge protectors installed6.2 Ground ConnectionsThe SVP100 is provided with a green 14 AWG ground wire (FIGURE 6-2) forconnection to the ground lug in a Campbell Scientific enclosure. Remove thetop nut on the ground lug and place the ring end of the ground wire on theground lug. Replace the top nut. Insert the tinned end into any open groundclamp terminal (⏚) on the surge protector. The ground lugs in each surgeprotector are connected together through contact with the DIN rail. Ground theenclosure to earth with 14 AWG or larger wire.6.3 Attaching Sensors to the SVP100To provide supplementary protection for the datalogger, all leads must passthrough the SVP100. All shield wires terminate in one or more of the groundclamp terminals (⏚).To connect signal or excitation leads, insert the bare end of one lead into theterminal on either side of the surge protector. Run a short length of wire fromthe other side to the appropriate datalogger terminal. Maintenance7.1 Replacement ConsiderationsIn the event of an electrical surge, the surge protectors involved may need to be replaced. A symptom of a damaged surge protector may include incorrect measurements. Always refer to the service manual, provided by Phoenix Contact, prior to servicing.Below are some steps to check for a damaged surge protector. Verify that all powered circuits have been safely de-energized prior to testing.For pn 31273 (analog circuits):1. Ensure that the in-series resistance is 3.7 Ω per path.2. Ensure that there is no continuity between the ground and signal terminals. For pn 31274 (digital and dc circuits):1. Ensure that the in-series resistance is 6.6 Ω per path.2.
