生于1931年,江苏无锡人。学历:大学本科。主要从事于俄文与 英文翻译、电子测量与仪器情报分析和研究。1982年创办《国外电子 测量技术》杂志,任主编至2005年。1987年创办《电子测量与仪器学报》, 现任常务副社长兼副总编。90年代先后编著出版了《英汉电子测量技 术词汇》和《现代英汉电子测量与仪器技术词汇》,分别由宇航出版社和 电子工业出版社出版。为推动我国电子测量技术的发展作出了贡献。
