模胚各零件及其功能导柱(边钉、导销):可分为直边和托边(也称普通型和阶梯型),起定位导向作用,保证各类机构在工作过程中定位定向。
起定位导向作用,配合边钉一同使用。
导套(胚司):可分为直司和托司,:保持顶针板活动顺滑,并确保顶针回复原位。
回针(护针)针板边:用作顶针板定位之用,乘托顶针板的重量,使顶出及回复时更顺畅,保证顶针能正确垂直地顶出制品。
中托司:配合针板边一同使用,运用中托司设计使顶针板定位更加精确。
板之间的行程。
A水口边(拉杆):乘托上模重量,限制定模面板、水口推板、水口介子:固定在水口边的末端,作用是限制定模面板、水口推板与A板的行程距离,防板脱落。
止A弹弓介子:固定在水口介子与胚头螺丝之间,是防止水口介子松脱离开水口边。
:是一个与注塑机连接的配件,塑胶料从此通道注入模内。
唧咀(浇口套):用作模具与啤机容易对准和定位。
定位环(法兰)顶针:将成品从模芯顶出,达到脱模目的。
司筒(顶管):将成品从模芯顶出,作用与顶针相同,但一般用于制品中心带有细孔的圆柱时的脱模。
司筒针:用于制品的柱位孔成形,配合司筒使用,并不是脱模用途。
无头螺丝:将司筒针固定在底板上。
行位:是滑动横模,一般在制品侧面有凸凹形状时使用。
:用作带动行位作往复动作。
斜边(斜导柱).是在合模时支撑行位,不会因注胶压力而后退。
铲鸡(斜鸡、斜压、斜滑块)-水口勾针:将水口柱拉出,离开唧咀或细水口柱孔。
板,减少因注胶时受压变形。
撑头:乘托B限位钉:乘托着顶针板,由于它面积较少可防止垃圾积在上面,令顶针板不平或变形。
热唧咀:是由发热线加热的唧咀,一般应用在热水口系统模具。
发热线:将模具需要加热的部分加热,以满足要求。
预热板:是藏有发热线的水口通道板块,应用在热水口系统模具。
探热针:用来量度模具的温度。
喉咀:安装在模具运水孔上,用来连接啤机的冷却水喉,一般用黄铜制成。
INTERLOCK:是一件凹和一件凸的配件组成,凹凸位是由斜面接触配合,所以定位非常准确。

塑料模具的基本构造
• 定 位 定位环装置在面板的中央﹐其外径与塑料啤机固定机板的孔 环 •
相配合﹐使塑料模具的唧咀孔能对准啤机的射咀。

唧咀
啤机将溶融的塑料﹐经由射咀注入模具﹐先经由唧咀中央之 锥形流道﹐再经流道到达浇口(入水位)﹐再射入模腔内。唧 咀顶 端有凹球面﹐与射咀的凸球面配合。如果兩者不能完全配合﹐就 会产生漏胶现象﹐及不能脱模。

塑胶模具的制作规范塑胶模具的制作规范一﹐确认图面﹐A.水路﹐1.公模&母模﹐依成品形状来决定﹐水路循环的路径与数量﹐公模&母模的水路需相互配合.2.脱料板x2cycle。
3.上述水孔接头处需做沉孔,沉孔尺寸$35*L25mm。
4.模具的水栓处,必需上IN﹐OUT且编号。
5.需附铜制水栓﹐A01&A07为塑料的水栓﹐A09铜水栓的尺寸为1/4”PT。
6.侧面止水栓之做法﹐2PCS止水栓或1PCS止水栓+铜块。
7.若有喷水孔﹐使用铜片做隔板。

Steels for Structural and Holder Block ApplicationsD-M-E #1 Steel is a medium carbon quality steel withgreater tensile strength than typical plain carbon warehouse steels. It machines easily, but is not “sticky”, permitting a faster and smoother cut. International comparisons: DIN 1.1178 (CK 30) and 1.1730 (C 45 W); JIS S 30 CM, S50C, S55C; ISO 683-1 C30E4.D-M-E #2 Steel is a medium alloy steel specified fordurability in structural applications. It is supplied pre-heat treated to 28-34 HRC (271-321 Bhn). A high strength steel, it is ideal for cavity and core retainer plates, clamping plates and support plates in molds. International comparisons: DIN 1.2312 (40CrMnMoS 8 6), 1.7218 (25CrMo4) and 1.2331 (41CrMoS4); JIS SCM 430; ISO 683-2 Type 1.D-M-E #7 Steel is a modified AISI 400 series stainlesssteel for holder block applications. It is supplied pre-heattreated to 32-36 HRC (302-340 Bhn). This stainless steel offers corrosion-resistance and exceptional machinability but cannot be further hardened (see D-M-E #6). For humid environments, corrosive plastics, “clean room” or “100% stainless” applications, it is an ideal choice for all structural mold plates. International comparisons: none.Steels for Cavity & Core ApplicationsD-M-E #3 Steel is a P-20 AISI 4130 type cavity steel.Exceptionally clean, it is pre-heat treated to 28-34 HRC (271-321 Bhn). HASCO模胚是欧州通用塑胶模具应用标准,HASCO标准是世界三大模具配件生产标准之一,以其互配性强,设计简洁,容易安装,可换性好,操作可靠,性能稳定,兼容各国家工业标准等优点屹立于世界各模具标准,与美国的DME标准、日本的MISUMI标准齐名是世界覆盖范围最广的模具配件生产标准。
DME模胚是美国塑胶模具应用标准,另外DME分公制和英制.英制又有英制和美制的区别:英制和美制标准件的区别主要包括螺牙,,喉牙..水嘴等英制牙为PT形式为55度牙形美制牙为NPT形式为60度牙形,DME标准的产品范围甚广,提供的产品有:热流道系统注塑系列,智能式温度控制器和模具温度控制系统,美国标准模架(注塑及压铸),MUD快速更换模架系统、精密顶针及司筒,标准模具零件,制模设备和工具等超过五万多种模具标准配件。
