Ensuring processes operate at maximum efficiency, with minimal downtime, and lowest lifetime cost requires precision and high reliability Herculine ®actuators. They are industrial rated and engineered for very precise positioning of dampers and valves. They perform especially well in extremely demanding environmentsrequiring continuous duty, high reliability, and low maintenance. HercuLine ® 2000 actuators are used inon/off power to open/close or positionproportional with 135 or 1000 ohmfeedback applications.HercuLine ® 2001 and 2002 Smart actuators are used in current proportional or digital control applications. Access to all actuator parameters for real-time business and maintenance decisions isstandard through Modbus RTU, localdisplay, or via HercuLink ® Palm PDAsoftware.HercuLine ® 2002 actuators have additional standard features such as non-contact position sensing and slidewire emulation output. The technology is a variableinductance, non-contact position sensor mounted directly to the actuator outputshaft providing precision position sensing from 0 to 150 degrees (Figure 3). Canon佳能单反镜头知识-马达作者:疯疯发表在 于2009年07月27日一、佳能的EF自动对焦镜头都内置了两个马达,一个负责自动对焦,另一个负责电磁光圈,佳能自动对焦马达有三大类,弧形马达(ARC FORM DRIVE,简称AFD),超声波马达(ULTRASONIC MOTOR,简称USM)和微型马达(MICRO MOTOR,简称MM)。
1、弧形马达是佳能EF自动对焦镜头中最早使用的马达,它是一种弧形无刷电机,这样它就可以安放在镜头圆柱壮的镜筒内而不用改变镜筒的形状了,由于其转子小巧的尺寸使得它有非常好的开始/停止反应和控制力,又由于它的无刷设计使得它有很长的使用寿命。
虽然随着高性能的超声波马达和成本更低的微型马达的出现,使用这种马达的镜头在现在已经不多见了,但在某些著名的EF镜头中我们仍然能“看到”它的身影,如EF50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro和EF100-300mm f/5.6 L以及EF135mm f/2.8 Soft Focus柔焦镜头等。
2、超声波马达和传统的马达有很大区别,不管传统的马达有多少种,其原理一般就是将电磁力转变为转动力,而超声波马达的转动力则是产生于超声波振动的能量。
如上所述,超声波马达分环形和微型超声波马达两种。
3、环形超声波马达的定子和转子的直径和镜筒直径相当,可以和镜筒完美的结合。
超声波马达的优点在于:一. 由于其低转速和高扭矩的特性,使得它可以直接驱动镜头而不需要额外的减速机构;二. 定位扭矩大,换句话说就是当马达停下来的时候,镜头就像有刹车那样自动停止对焦;三. 结构非常简单;四. 对启动和停止的控制能力非常好,它可以快速启动,也可以立即停止,而且可以被很精确地控制;五. 操作起来非常安静—几乎无声。
除此之外,佳能的环形超声波马达还有如下特点:六. 其高效率和低能耗的特性使得它可以用相机的电池来供电;七. 环状的马达和镜头镜筒非常合适;八. 低旋转速度非常适合镜头的驱动;九. 旋转速度可以在0.2RPM(五分钟旋转一周)到80RPM(每分钟旋转80周)的大范围内连续无级的调整,所以可以实现对镜头的高精度和高速驱动;十. 可以实现高精度的手控电驱动的调焦,即所谓的全时手动功能;十一. 操作温度范围非常宽,可以在摄氏零下30度到零上60度的温度环境下正常工作,保证了恶劣环境下的稳定操作。

Before entering the hazardous locations the SIM Card cover must be mounted. Use the pin to hook into the loop on top of the SIM card tray and remove the tray completely.3. I nsert the SIM card in the tray and return the tray into the slot by pushing it in. Refix both the covers and screws in place using the Multitool “MT S01”.Notice:Insert SIM card tray as shown to avoid damage to the card.This information is also shown on the protection film affixed to the display of the Smartphones. For optimaluse of the touch screen you should remove the pro -tection film before using the Smartphone for the firsttime.None of the openings at either side of the device are reset buttons! The insertion of sharp objects will damage components of the device that are mandatory for the Ex-safety. Do not insert any objects intoopenings of the device!7. Charging the SmartphoneCharging the Smartphone is allowed only outside hazardous areas!The battery of the Smartphone is not fully charged. It is recommended to char-ge the phone for five hours before using it for the first time. The full capacity of the battery is reached after 3-4 complete charge/discharge cycles.Note:• There is a risk of explosion if the device is exposed to a flame.• Only use ecom charging accessories (see point 4).Don’t attempt to replace the Smart-Ex 201 or Ex-Handy 209 battery yourself—you may damage the battery, which could cause overheating and injury. Note that when opened by an unauthorized person, the Ex-protection as well as the warranty is void.In case the lithium-ion battery in Smart-Ex 201 or Ex-Handy 209 has to be replaced only by ecom instruments GmbH or by personnel or service centers authorized by ecom instruments GmbH, and must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Don’t incinerate the battery.• T he charge level of the device has to be checked after 9 months at the latest in order to prevent deep discharge.• I f the battery is completely discharged, the phone will not switch on and the display will not show a charging process. Connect the phone to the charger. After charging for a few minutes the display will appear again and you can then switch on the phone.8. Safety precautions for built-in batteryDamaged devices and chargers should be removed from use and sent to ecom instruments GmbH for inspection. When sending batteries/battery packs or devices containing batteries/battery packs; the sender must comply with the transport regulations for dangerous goods.Note:• Extreme temperatures can have an adverse effect on charging the battery.• Do not dispose of the device in a fire.• D ispose of the device in accordance with local regulations and not with normal household waste.High quality lithium-ion batteries are used in your Smart-Ex 201 and Ex-Handy 209. These batteries have numerous advantages in everyday use, such as a low weight and high capacity in a nevertheless compact construction. In addition these batteries also exhibit practically no memory effect. However, these batte-ries are susceptible to a natural aging process which impairs their functionality. Modern batteries today have a lifespan of around 500 charge cycles, which, when used daily, corresponds to a service life of approximately 2 years. The ageing process increases rapidly after this period, which means that the bat-teries are deemed technically defective after 500 charge cycles.
