本技术规格书提出了对变电所中10kV高压电容器组的设计、制造、配套、文件、服务和验收等方面的最低要求。

对技术规格书中未提及的但又是必须的技术要求,卖方有责任提出建议,提供完善的性能。

非调谐补偿滤波应用场合
如果是工业配电系统,一般5次谐波为频率最低且幅值最大的谐波,对于这 样的配电网,选择非调谐补偿滤波回路的调谐频率次数应低于5次谐波。 右侧图示曲线为电抗率7%的非调谐补偿滤波回路阻抗特性,回路的调谐频 率为189Hz。接入非调谐补偿滤波回路后,可以避免5次及以上谐波的放 大,同时,非调谐补偿滤波回路在调谐频率以上的阻抗低于系统阻抗,回 路可以吸收部分调谐频率以上的谐波,起到滤波作用。

多电源光伏微网项目微型燃气轮机技术规范书编制:复核:审核:批准:一、一般规定与规范1总则1.1.本技术规范提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节做出规定,也未充分引述有关标准的条文,卖方应提供符合本规范和有关最新工业标准的优质产品,同时必须满足国家有关安全、环保等强制性标准和规范的要求。

1.2.卖方应参加所供设备在现场的调试运行。

试运行中如出现质量问题应负责及时处理。

1.3.如未对本规范书提出偏差,将认为卖方提供的设备符合规范书和标准的要求。

1.4.技术条件签订后,卖方应指定负责本工程的项目经理,负责协调卖方在工程中的各项工作,如设计图纸、工程进度、设备制造、包装运输、现场安装、调试验收等。

1.5.本技术规范未尽事宜由买卖双方与设计单位共同协商解决,本设备技术规范书经买、卖双方确认后作为订货合同的技术附件,与合同正文具有同等的法律效力。

The adjusted maximum flow (V'max) is assigned to the maximum control signal DDC (typically 10 V /100%). Alternatively, the control signal DDC can be assigned to the valve opening angle or to thepower required on the heat exchanger (see power control). The HVAC performance device can be controlled via communicative or analog signals. The fluid is detected by the sensor in the measuring pipe and is applied as the flow value. The measured value is balanced with the setpoint. The actuator corrects the deviation by changing the valve position. The angle of rotation α varies according to the differential pressure through the control element (see flow curves).*All flow tolerances are at 68°F [20°C] & water.The thermostat monitors the temperature in the actuator housing and switches the connectedheating system on when the temperature falls below the set point. (1) 连接顺序
a) 在P+/B+、P- 端子上分别引线,以方便测试时连接充电器和负载,或者直接连接至充放电插座。

b) 连接电芯最低节负极到保护板的B-端
c) 将连接好的电压检测线插头插至保护板的插座中 d) 连接电芯最高节电芯正极到保护板的B+/P+ 端 (2) 断开顺序
a) 移除所有负载和充电器
b) 断开电芯最高节电芯正极与B+/P+ c) 拔下排插插头
d) 断开电芯最低节电芯负极与B- (3) 关于平衡板
a) 如果同时配了平衡板的话,请注意散热处理,建议使用导热胶垫将散热器与平衡电阻绝缘。

在对装好保护板的电池组进行充放电测试时,请不要使用电池老化柜对电池组各节电池电压进行测量,否则有可能损坏保护板和电池。

警告:把保护板连接至电芯,或从电池组拆下保护板时,必须遵守以下连接顺序与规定;如果不按要求的顺序作业,会损坏保护板的元器件,从而导致保护板不能保护电芯,造成严重的后果。

包装、运输指引
1. 包装
将成品PCBA 平整放入干净的气泡袋中,封好。

2. 运输
用快递或派专人送货。

运输过程中,应注意防潮、防湿,避免挤压、碰撞等,
以免保护板变形。

注:请置于阴凉干燥的环境中保存
