Model PH20 and FU20pH/Redox and Temperature sensorThe PH20 is nicknamed “Tempress” because of the patented compensation for changes in the process temperature andpressure. This simple mechanical feature makes the sensor more accurate, and gives it a longer lifetime. The compensation panels flex to accommodate changes in the avoiding large differential pressures across the diaphragm. This prevents most problems associated with the reference junction. Made in chemically resistant PVDF, this all-in-one sensor has elements to measure pH, ORP and temperature. The reference system is Silver/Silver Chloride, with a double junction and a gelled electrolyte to combat pollution. The Platinum Redox electrode doubles as a solution ground, essential for uncompromising accuracy, and for sensor diagnostic measurements.The FU20 combination sensors show how Yokogawa applies the motto “Simply the Best” to sensor technology. The wide body sensors (26 mm diameter) hold four separate elements in one unbreakable PPS 40GF (RytonTM) body. Installation is simple with the integrated industrial 3/4” tapered thread. The large volume gelled electrolyte and the double junction reference system slows down depletion and poisoning therefore extending the lifetime. The system is targeted at those applications where simplicity will result in accurate and reliable pH- or redoxmeasurements. KHCOD—100型COD自动消解回流仪主要由机身、回流管、风扇、电炉板等4大部分组成,采用微机技术进行定时控制加热电炉板和风扇,可对6个锥形瓶回流装置同时进行加热。

仪器采用玻璃毛刺回流管代替球形回流管,并以风冷和水冷技术取代循环水冷却方式,操作更加方便。

冷却部分主要由毛刺冷凝管水冷和风扇风冷完成,冷凝管上部分为球形3泡,冷却效果更佳,催化剂由此处加入,阻止了样品中轻组分的瞬间挥发,并可加盖挥发帽。

下部分为“毛刺”形,在一个平面上从冷凝管壁伸出的3个相向的“冷泡”比单纯的球形冷凝管更增大了冷却面积,并能阻挡挥发性物质和蒸气的通过,加上上部分球形回流管内冷却水和机内风机的双重作用,确保了样品的回流冷却。

常用的几种热电偶介绍

几种常用热电偶介绍S型热电偶)铂铑10-铂热电偶铂铑10-铂热电偶(S型热电偶)为贵金属热电偶。

偶丝直径规定为0.5mm,允许偏差-0.015mm,其正极(SP)的名义化学成分为铂铑合金,其中含铑为10%,含铂为90%,负极(SN)为纯铂,故俗称单铂铑热电偶。

该热电偶长期最高使用温度为1300℃,短期最高使用温度为1600℃。

S型热电偶在热电偶系列中具有准确度最高,稳定性最好,测温温区宽,使用寿命长等优点。

它的物理,化学性能良好,热电势稳定性及在高温下抗氧化性能好,适用于氧化性和惰性气氛中。

由于S型热电偶具有优良的综合性能,符合国际使用温标的S型热电偶,长期以来曾作为国际温标的内插仪器,“ITS-90”虽规定今后不再作为国际温标的内查仪器,但国际温度咨询委员会(CCT)认为S型热电偶仍可用于近似实现国际温标。

S型热电偶不足之处是热电势,热电势率较小,灵敏读低,高温下机械强度下降,对污染非常敏感,贵金属材料昂贵,因而一次性投资较大。

(R型热电偶)铂铑13-铂热电偶铂铑13-铂热电偶(R型热电偶)为贵金属热电偶。

其物理,化学性能良好,热电势稳定性及在高温下抗氧化性能好,适用于氧化性和惰性气氛中。

由于R型热电偶的综合性能与S型热电偶相当,在我国一直难于推广,除在进口设备上的测温有所应用外,国内测温很少采用。

1967年至1971年间,英国NPL,美国NBS和加拿大NRC三大研究机构进行了一项合作研究,其结果表明,R型热电偶的稳定性和复现性比S 型热电偶均好,我国目前尚未开展这方面的研究。

HPF-PS6/HPF-PS10 Series 6/10 Amp, 24 Volt Power Supplies GeneralThe HPF-PS Series is a remote power supply line from Honeywelland is a direct replacement for the PSE and FCPS Series. TheHPF-PS6(B)(E) is a 6 amp and the HPF-PS10(B)(E) is a 10 amp,remote power supply with battery charger that may be connected toany 12 or 24 volt fire alarm control panel (FACP) or used as a stand-alone power supply. The HPF-PS Series provides 24 VDC power forNACs (notification appliance circuits) configured as either Class B orClass A (requires the ZNAC-PS option card) with multiple sync pro-tocol options. The HPF-PS Series also provides auxiliary power,constant or resettable, suited for detectors, annunciators, door hold-ers, and other fire alarm system peripherals.
