Pin Function
Power ground. Electrically needs to be connected to AGND. Supply voltage input. When VIN rises above the UVLO threshold the device starts up. Reference connection for controller section. Also used as thermal connection for controller section. Electrically needs to be connected to PGND. The FB pin is used to determine the output voltage via a resistor divider between the output and GND. External loop compensation pin. The enable pin is active HIGH. Connect EN pin to VIN if not used. Do not leave the EN pin floating. PWM output connection to inductor. Thermal connection for output stage.

ZL111铝合金介绍材料名称:ZAlSi9Cu2Mg 合金代号:ZL111标准:GB/T 1173-1995特性及适用范围:可热处理强化,在铸态及热处理后具有优良的室温力学性能,其高温力学性能也很高。

该合金的铸造性能优良,无热裂倾向,线收缩小,气密性高。

其切削加工性和焊接性均较好,但耐蚀性较差。

化学成分化学成份:硅 Si :8.0-10.0铜 Cu:1.3-1.8锰 Mn:0.10-0.35镁+锌 Mg+Zn:0.4-0.6钛 Ti:0.10-0.35铝 Al :余量铁(砂型铸造): 0.000~ 0.400铁(金属型铸造): 0.000~ 0.400锌 Zn:≤0.1(杂质)锡 Sn :≤0.01(杂质)铅 Pb:≤0.05(杂质)注:杂质总和:(砂型铸造)≤1.0;(金属型铸造)≤1.0力学性能力学性能:抗拉强度σb (MPa):≥255伸长率δ5 (%):≥1.5硬度:≥90(5/250/30)HB热处理规范:淬火:分级加热:490±5℃,4h;再500±5℃,4h;再510±5℃,8h ,60~100℃水冷。

新型液压回转夹木器研制与应用

105中国设备工程C h i n a P l a n t E n g i n e e r i ng中国设备工程 2019.06 (上)挖掘机上安装一套液压系统,一套电磁阀、两个先导手柄,实现驾驶室内控制夹木器。

技术要求和原理如下,图纸见图1。

技术要求:驱动油压:22MPa,最小油压:16MPa,最大油压25MPa,驱动油量:60L/min,最小流量130L/min,最大流量170L/min;回转马达排量:500ml/r,额定压力:22MPa,额定流量40L/min。

图1工作原理:夹木器的上部与挖掘机的小臂头和工字架通过销轴连接,液压回转马达通过齿轮啮合带动回转支承旋转,从而实现360度旋转以满足夹木器所需的工况。

中心分油器从上部引入高压液压油至两个油缸,在液压油的驱动下进行伸缩,驱动夹爪张开和闭拢,完成抓取和卸载木材的过程。

性能指标见表1。

2018年8月,蓬莱港公司立项制作新型液压回转夹木器,汇总原夹木器的故障点,在设计新夹木器的过程中,从本体结构和液压系统组成方面,采取有效的针对性措施一一消除出现的故障点,于2019年1月制作完成新型液压回转夹木器,经过使用检验,该型夹木器满足木材作业工况,在线故障率由8.3%降到2.7%,有效地保证了卸船效率。

产品概述:
ZJ1016多路温度测试仪最多可以同时配接16路传感器,用户可根据要求定制热电偶传感器(E,J,K,N,R,S,B,T)或热电阻传感器(Pt100,Pt10,Cu50,Cu100,热敏电阻)。

各通道可以分别设置上下限报警,报警时有报警继电器输出。

可以定点高速(10次/秒)测量并显示某一通道温度,配合温度曲线及计算机通讯可以实时记录下温度变化过程。

现场应用接线便利,设备体积小,整机控制性能可靠,传感器可选择性多,通用性好。

工作环境:温度-20-60摄氏度,湿度<百分之八十五RH。

电气隔离:通道、通道间完全电气隔离,隔离电压可达1600伏。

测温传感器:热电偶、热电阻,可带电测试。
