农业流动资金贷款收益率实现正增长外,其他贷款收益率均为负增长,尤其是信托收据贷款、保理预付款以及商业流动资金贷款收益率比去年末下跌幅度较大。
个人贷款实现利息收入
1.06亿元,贷款收益率为5.90%,较去年下降了0.18个百分点。
贷款利息收入结构如表5所示。
其中,单位贷款利息收入占总利息收入的84.6%,个人贷款利息收入占15.4%。
在单位
贷款中,流动资金贷款是最主要的来源,占比为61%。
个人
贷款中,个人住房贷款利息收入最高,占比为11%。
在贷款收益率方面,本期平均收益率为5.45%,较上年末
下降了0.25个百分点。
其中,个人贷款收益率为5.90%,下
降了0.18个百分点,单位贷款收益率为5.37%,下降了0.25
个百分点。
各种类型的单位贷款中,流动资金贷款的收益率最高,为7.48%。
个人贷款中,个人商业用房贷款的收益率最高,为7.41%。
在贷款业务方面,我们需要重点关注以下问题:
一)贷款结构不合理,流动性较差,存贷款增长严重不匹配。
我们发现,XX年支行对公人民币非贴贷款周转率低于省
分行和广州地区平均水平,贷款固化相对较重。
对公贷款相对集中在以中长期贷款为主的交通运输、电力、投资与资产管理等客户上,贷款结构仍不合理,流动性较差。
这直接影响了我们分行信贷衍生中间业务收入以及考核利润的可持续增长。
因此,我们需要加大信贷结构调整力度,大力拓展信贷客户。
二)贷款收益率低,影响支行存贷利差系统内排名落后。
由于2012年连续两次降息的影响,广州地区整体存贷利差呈
现下降趋势。
XX年支行存贷利差比广州地区平均水平低0.11
个百分点,广州地区排名第12.贷款收益率低于广州地区平均
水平是造成存贷利差排名靠后的主要原因。
因此,我们需要采取措施提高贷款收益率,以提高支行存贷利差系统内排名。
基于以上问题,我们提出以下下阶段工作建议:
一)加大信贷客户拓展力度,优化贷款结构,提高流动性。
二)采取措施提高贷款收益率,以提高支行存贷利差系统内排名。
首先,我们要高度重视信贷客户拓展工作。
为此,支行部门牵头开展重点客户高管人员营销,并抓住信息源头,全面梳理核心企业、集团客户、政府机构、事业单位、第三方支付机构等重点客户名单,批量拓展其上下游单位客户。
同时,依托网点,全面动员,开展竞赛活动,推进对优质中小型对公客户拓展工作,促进客户数量与质量的快速增长。
其次,我们要积极推进信贷结构调整,以降低资本占用、提高资产流动性和经营效益为目标。
在满足信贷政策、筑牢基础、防范风险的前提下,尽可能提高小微企业贷款占比。
重点支持小企业、善融商务贷款、网络银行、供应链融资、贸易融资等业务发展,稳健发展个人消费和助业贷款,巩固个人住房贷款同业优势。
通过这些措施,我们可以实现信贷结构的优化和经营效益的提升。
