自动化立体仓库堆垛机控制系统的设计
摘要
自动化立体仓库控制系统是能自动存储和取出物料的系统,是企业管理信息系统的组成部分之一。自动化立体仓库是指采用高层货架储存货物,用起重、装卸、运输机械设备进行货物出入库作业,由电子计算机进行管理和控制,不需人工搬运作业而实现收发作业的仓库。矚慫润厲钐瘗睞枥庑赖。
自动化立体仓库中最重要设备就是仓储堆垛机,仓储堆垛机是实现整个仓库系统自动功能的关键设备,担负着出库、进库等任务,是自动化立体仓库的核心部件,本文详细介绍了用PLC实现对仓储堆垛机系统控制的设计,将PLC技术和变频控制技术相结合,仓储堆垛机控制系统可以实现如下控制功能:三维运动、精确定位、速度调节功能、急停功能、报警功能。聞創沟燴鐺險爱氇谴净。
