Step 2 Learning skills
• “复述”题型特征: 1. 要求考生先听一段大约两分钟的独白,录 音播放两遍。考生准备一分钟之后开始复 述所听的内容。 2. 本题型的故事体裁一般为叙事和简单的夹 叙夹议文章,长度在250个单词左右。 3. 具体而言,同学们要具备:①宏观获取篇 章脉络的能力;②一定的要点记忆能力; ③组织要点的能力;④连贯表达的能力; ⑤正确使用语法、词汇的能力。

• 参考复述: At 2 o’clock one Saturday afternoon, two students took John’s taxi to the Central Park. After John had his lunch in front of a snack bar near the gate of the park, an operator from the Central Service called and asked if there was a red handbag in his car and there was money and two tickets to an art exhibition in it. Then, John found it on a newspaper on the back seat and drove to the Central Service right away. Finally, John met the two students. As soon as they explained everything, they got the handbag back.
