Unit6 第2课时教学设计
一、教学目标
(一) 语目目标
1. 词汇：能听懂、会说、认读thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, six, teen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty；能听懂、会说、认读新单词star, more；能理解more 表示更多的数量的用法。

2. 句型：能熟练运用“How many…are there?〞“There are ...〞询问或答复物品的数量。

(二) 应用目标
1. 能在2—3种游戏情景中询问并告知所谈论的物品的数量。

2. 能借助插图阅读和理解课文D局部的小故事。

3. 能借助头饰，给动画中课文D局部的角色配音。

二、教学重、难点
1. 重点：认读新单词star, more；并熟练运用“How many…are there?〞“There are ... 〞询问和告知物品的数量。

2. 难点：“How many…are there?〞句型结构的运用，用“There are…〞答复物品的数量；并能理解more表示更多的数量的用法。

Step 1 热身/复习〔Warm-up/Revision〕
1. Free talk
2. Revision
(1) Magic eyes〔魔力眼〕：将数字或数字单词卡片快速闪现，看谁说得又快乂准。

有条件的学校可以运用多媒体幻灯片快速闪现单词
(2) 连线
教师出示阿拉伯数字卡片，学生说出该英文单词。

然后，大家一起运用自然拼音法拼写单词，分两竖行板书在黑板上，并在单词旁上阿拉伯数字。

请学生将单词和数字连线。

Step 2 游戏演练〔Let’s act〕
1. Pat the ball〔拍球〕
教师拍球，学生数数，也可以让一名同学拍，其他同学数。

2. Guess, guess!结合课文C局部进行游戏。

(1) T〔指着讲台上一堆书问学生〕：How many books are there? Can you guess? S1: Fifteen books.
T: No. Please count the books.
Ss〔大家一起数): One book, two books, three books…thirteen books.
T: Yes. There are thirteen books.
板书句子：How many books are there? There are thirteen books.〔带读〕
(2) T〔拿出一盒钢笔问学生〕：How many pens, are there?
S2: There are eleven pens.
T: No. Please count the pens.
S s:〔大家一起数〕：One pen, two pens, three pens... sixteen pens.
T: Yes. There are sixteen pens.〔带读〕
(3) Guess：How many rulers/pencils... are there?
T〔拿出一个盒子，里面有各种文具〕: Look, what’s this?
S1: It’s a ruler.
T: Yes, it is. How many; rulers are there? Can you guess?
S1: There are eleven rulers.
T: No.
S2: There are sixteen rulers.
T: Yes, you are right. There are sixteen, rulers.
Step 3 趣味阅读〔Let’s read〕
第一步：教师拿出一颗折好的星星问学生“What’s this?〞，引导学生理解生词star，并带读。

第二步：猜一猜：“How many star s are?〞〔说明：猜猜教师手中有多少颗星星。

第三步：出示幻灯片：布满星星的天空。

T: How many stars are there? 〔引导学生一起数天上的星星〕
Ss: One star, two stars, three stars... fifteen stars, sixteen stars and four more...〔教师引导学生理解生词more〕
第四步：学生跟着视频跟读D局部的小故事，教师引导学生模仿故事中角色的语音语调。

第五步：学生给视频中的角色配音〔教师可以给学生准备扮演角色的头饰〕。

Step 4 趣味游戏〔Games〕
1. 游戏一：学生每人制作几张文具、动物、衣服的单词卡片或图片，后面写上该物品的数量，然后让其他同学猜一猜“How many…are there〞。

S1: What’s this?
S2: It’s a coat.
S1: How many coats are there?
S2: There are twelve coats.
S1: No, there are ten coats.
2. 游戏二：Whispering 〔悄悄话〕
分组进行游戏。

教师将写有“ There are nineteen pencils. / Ther e are twenty hooks. /There are eight lions.〞，等句子的纸条发给每组最后一名学生。

该学生将这句话小声地往前传，依次类推，第一排学生将这句话大声地说出来，传得又快又准的一组为胜。

Step 5 作业布置〔Homework〕
1. 读新单词。

2. 听、读故事〔下次的英语课上抽查复习情况〕。

3. 有星星的晚上和家人或同学一起数一数天上的星星。

4. 统计家中衣柜中家人衣服的数量：How many T-shirts/ shorts/ …are there?完成表格：。
