基础写作(One possible version)
Last Wednesday, I interviewed Professor Li, a psychologist, about the problem of sleeplessness among teenagers. According to Professor Li, about 10 percent of teenagers are suffering from sleeplessness. He pointed out that the causes of this problem mainly include heavy stress from study, studying too late in the night and changes in the study or living environment. He also pointed out that sleeplessness usually causes the decrease of appetite, poor memory and the low study efficiency. He suggested that we should do more exercise and hold a positive attitude towards life to have a good sleep.
读写任务(One possible version)
The writer mainly tells us that due to the increasing population, many people are suffering from water shortage, including physical water shortage and economic water shortage. We should take action to solve the problem.
In our daily life, it’s not strange for us to see some people waste water. For example, some of my classmates often wash their hands or cups with running water for a long time. To make
matters worse, they sometimes forget to turn off the tap. They behave in this way mainly because they fail to realize the importance of saving water.
As we know, all creatures on Earth can’t survive without water. However, water, especially fresh water, is in limited supply on Earth and it cannot be renewed instantly. So, it’s of great importance for us to save water.
As a student, I often spare no effort to save water. For example, I would turn off the tap while brushing my teeth. Besides, I would keep the used water to clean the toilet or water flowers.
