第一部分 无线电通话基础知识
1.1 通话基本要求
1、 应熟练掌握通话和通讯设备使用的技巧。

2、 通话之前应确定无他人在讲话，避免信号受干扰。

3、 在通话过程中，应使用规范用语。

力求简短、明确、清晰、易懂。

4、 语速、语调和音量应适中,语气应亲切和善。

5、 关键性的内容和易误解的词语应重读或重复；对于需肯定或否定的问题，应使用肯定或否定的语句回答，避免使用犹豫不决、模棱两可或词不达意的语句。

6、 复述是验证重要信息是否被正确认知的有效手段。

因此，对关键信息应有明确的复述要求，切忌主观臆断。

1.2.2 数字组合的一般读法示例
数字组合的汉语读法一般按数字的汉语发音按顺序逐位读出数字；整百或整千或整千整百组合的数字通常读出数字，后面加上百或千或千百；也可按数字顺序读出。
