说明：
1.轮机长在公司考核培训后，由机务部填写考核意见，记录带船存船长处一份、机务部备份；
2.轮机员、电子电气员由部门长负责填写考核、培训内容，轮机长考核后记录保存在船长处；
3.总轮机长仅需要审批轮机长职务。
4.合格“√”、不合格“x”。
Remarks:
1. After the assessment and training of the Chief Engineer, the Technical Department shall fill in the assessment opinions, and the record will be kept by the Master and a copy of the record in Technical Department;
2. The department head is responsible for filling in the assessment and training contents for engineers and ETO, and after the C/E’s assessment, the record is kept in the Master’s office;
3. The General Chief engineer only needs to approve the position of the Chief Engineer.
4. Qualified “√”, Unqualified “X”.。
