笑话盒
(Angel)旁白：Today is Monday .Everyone is in the playground. Some are playing football, some are running, and……
今天是周一，每个人都在操场上。

一些学生在踢足球，一些在跑步，一些在……
Goku ：Hi, hi ,come here.“I‟ve got a good joke,”
嗨，嗨，大家都过来，“我有一个好笑话,”Goku说。

Goku ：“What goes black, white, black, white?”
“什么变黑、白、黑、白?”
Kakashii：“I don‟t know.”
“我不知道。

Kakashii说。

Goku ：“A penguin rolling down a hill!”
“一只滚下山坡的企鹅! Goku说。

Mary ：“I‟ve got one, ”“Why couldn‟t the skeleton go to the party?”
“我有一个,”Mary说。

“骷髅为什么不能参加聚会?”
Cathy ：“Why couldn‟t the skeleton go to the party?”
“骷髅为什么不能参加聚会?”问Cathy。

Mary ：“It had no body to go with!”
“它没有身体!”Mary说。

Miss Lian ：“Time to come inside!”
“该进来了!“叫道Miss Lian。

“Line up quietly, everyone.”
“大家，安静地排好队。

”
Jerry：“What do sea monsters eat?” “Fish and ships.”
“海洋怪兽吃什么?”Jerry说。

“鱼和薯片。

”
Kakashii ：“That‟s a terrible joke!”
“这是一个可怕的笑话!” Kakashii说。

Miss Lian：“Get in, you chatterboxes,” “Didn‟t you hear the whistle?”
“进来，你们这些喋喋不休的孩子,” Miss Lian说。

“你没听到哨音吗?”
Kakashii：“Sorry, Miss Lian,”“We are telling jokes.”
“对不起,Miss Lian,”Kakashii说。

“我们正在讲笑话。

Miss Lian：“Well, it‟s time to stop now,”
“好,现在该停了,” Miss Lian说。

Kakashii：“Miss Lian!” “What does an elephant do on a motorway?”
“Miss Lian!”Kakashii喊道。

“一只大象在高速公路上做什么?”
Miss Lian：“Not now, Kakashii,” “Tell me later. In you go everyone.”
“现在不行,Kakashii,” Miss Lian说。

“一会儿告诉我。

大家进去吧。

”
Jerry：“Kakashii,” “What does an elephant do on a motorway?”“Kakashii，”Jerry小声说。

“一只大象在高速公路上做什么?”
Kakashii：“About two miles an hour!”
“大概两英里一小时!” Kakashii说。

Miss Lian：“Kakashii! Jerry!” “Go inside quietly！”
“Kakashii! Jerry!” Miss Lian说。

“静静地进去。

”
(Angel)朱瑞芳旁白：It was nearly time to go home.
将近回家的时间了。

Miss Lian：“Well done!”“You have worked hard today. Now it‟s time to tidy up.”“干得好!” Miss Lian说。

“你们今天都很努力。

现在该收拾一下了。

”
Mary：“Miss Lian!”“ Do you want to hear one of Jerry‟s jokes?”
“Miss Lian!” Mary叫到，你想听Jerry的一个笑话吗？
Miss Lian：“Well,just one,” “I want to get home tonight.”
好的，就一个。

今晚我还想到家呢。

Mary：“Why do cows wear bells?”
为什么牛戴着铃？Mary问。

Miss Lian：“I don‟t know,” “Why do cows wear bells?”
我不知道，为什么牛戴着铃？ Miss Lian 说.
Jerry ：“Because their horns don‟t work。

”
因为牛角不响，Jerry说。

Miss Lian：（Miss Lian clapped her hands.）“I want to ask you something,” Who knows about Help the poor Children in Western China?”
（Miss Lian 拍着手说）我想问你们一些事情，谁知道关于帮助中国西部贫困儿童的事情。

Cathy :“There is a special day,”
有这样特殊的一天，Cathy说
Goku :“People raise money to help children,”
人们集资帮助那些孩子，Goku说
Miss Lian：How could we raise money for Help the Children?”那我们如何集资帮助那些孩子呢？Miss Lian问。

Mary :“We‟ll have to think hard,”
我们得好好想想，Mary 说。

Miss Lian：Tell me your ideas tomorrow,”
明天告诉我你们的想法噢，Miss Lian说。

(Angel)追瑞芳旁白：Everyone is at Kakashii and Cathy‟s house.
大家都在Kakashii and Cathy的家。

Cathy : I can…t think of anything‟
我什么也想不出来。

Cathy说。

Mary : “Nor can I,”
我也想不出来，Mary说。

Kakashii ：What ideas have we had so far?” “Read out the list,Jerry.”
到目前我们都有什么想法了？Kakashii问，大声的读一下清单，Jerry。

Jerry：（Jerry read out the list.）“Ideas for Help the Children. Washing cars,toy sale.
帮助孩子们的主意有：洗车，卖玩具。

Jerry说。

Mary : That‟s only two ideas!”
就只有这两个主意吗，Mary问。

Goku ：Well,we have only had two ideas,”
嗯，我们只有这两个主意，Goku说。

Cathy ：I don‟t think washing cars is a good idea,” I don‟t think Miss Lian would let us.”
我认为洗车不是个好主意，Cathy说，我认为Miss Lian不会让我们去做的。

Goku ：“And I gave all my old toys to the last toy sale ,” 那我把我所有的旧玩具都卖了，Goku说.
Jerry ：（Then Jerry had a good idea.）“What about a joke machine?”
（Jerry 想出了一个好主意）做个笑话机器怎么样，他说。

(He told them all about his idea. Everyone is excited.)
他把这个想法告诉了所有人，大家都非常兴奋。

Cathy ：“I can‟t wait to tell Miss Lian,”
“我迫不及待地想告诉夫人“Cathy说。

(Angel)朱瑞芳旁白：(The next day, they were back at school.)
第二天,他们回到了学校。

Mary : “Miss Lian! ” “We‟ve got an idea for Help the Children!”
“夫人!“Mary 大叫。

“我们已经有了一个主意,帮助Chilidren !”Miss Lian：“I t must be a good one,” “You all sound excited.”
“我不必须是一个好的,” Miss Lian夫人说。

"你所有的声音激动。

”
(Angel)朱瑞芳旁白：They told Miss Lian what the idea was.
他们告诉Miss Lian夫人的构想是怎样的。

Kakashii ：“It‟s a joke box! ”
Kakashii说：是一个会讲笑话的机器。

Cathy : “We write jokes on slipes of paper,” “Then we put the jokes in a box.”“我们把笑话写进芯片。

“然后把笑话存进盒子里。

”
Goku：“The box is the joke box,”
“这盒子是笑话机器” Goku说。

Mary : “It‟s a great idea! ” “People pay for a joke!”
“这是一个好主意!Mary说。

“人们要花钱听笑话!”
Goku：“They give some money,” “ Then they get a joke from the box..”
“他们给一些钱,” Goku说。

“然后他们就可以得到一个笑话从盒子里。

”
Miss Lian：“I think it‟s a lovely idea,” “But I can see one problem.”
“我认为这是个好主意,” Miss Lian夫人说。

“但我看到了一个问题。

”
everyone asked：“What‟s that?
“那是什么?“每个人都问。

Miss Lian：“ You will need lots and lots of jokes,”
“你需要很多很多的笑话,” Miss Lian夫人说。

(Angel)朱瑞芳旁白：（They are making the joke box）The joke machine was finished.
这个笑话机器就完成了。

Cathy:“It‟s brilliant! ” “Look! I‟ve finished the poster.”
“这是辉煌!“Cathy说。

“看!我已完成了海报。

”
Goku (read):“ A laugh does you good, ” “Do good with a laugh.”
“笑对你很好,”Goku读。

“做好事从一个微笑开始。

”
Jerry “We have fou nd the jokes on the computer, now we can download them into the joke box ,” “And here‟s the next one: What game do horses play?”
“我们已经在电脑上找到了笑话,现在我们可以把他们下载到笑话机器里了,” Jerry说。

“这是下一个问题:什麽游戏马玩吗?”
Mary（laughed）：“Stable tennis! ”
“马厮网球” Mary大笑着说。

Goku ：“How many jokes have we got?”
我们有多少笑话了，Goku问。

Jerry : “Forty—nine,” “I wish we had some more.”
49个，Jerry说，我希望我们能有更多。

Miss Lian：“Here is one more for you,” “What can fly and has four legs?”
我这还有一个，Miss Lian说，什么东西会飞而且有四条腿。

(Angel)朱瑞芳旁白：They takes the joke box to the shopping centre.
孩子们带着笑话机来到了购物中心。

They: “Roll up! Roll up!” Support the children in western China! Buy a joke for not less than (Goku)皮桐昊yuan!”
快来看哪，快来看哪，他们喊着，支持中国西部的贫困儿童吧，买个笑话不到(Goku)皮桐昊元。

(Angel)追瑞芳旁白：(A man came up to buy a joke.)
一个男的上前来买。

Cathy ：“He‟s given us 2 yuan!” “Thank you very much.”
他给了2元钱，Cathy喊道，非常感谢您。

Jackie:( The man is surprised.)ah, I want to see this special box， listen to my joke. （那位先生非常的惊讶），啊，我想看一看这个盒子，听听我的笑话。

The joke box:“What has only one foot?”
什么东西只有一只脚，The joke machine说。

Jackie: “I don‟t know,” “What has only one foot?”
我不知道，the man说，什么东西只有一只脚呀？
The joke box: “A leg!”
一条腿呀。

The joke machine说。

(Everyone laughed.) 所有人都笑了。

Miss Lian: “I have some good news,” “The mayor loves your joke box. She wants to buy all your jokes! Guess how much she will pay you for each one?”
“我有一些好消息” Miss Lian说。

“镇长喜欢你的笑话机，她想买下你所以的笑话！猜猜一个笑话她会付你多少钱？”
They: “We don‟t know,” “How much will she pay for each one?”
“我们不知道，”大家说道。

“每一个她会付你多少钱啊？”
Miss Lian: “Four Yuan!” “两英镑！”Miss Lian说。

Jerry:“Fifty jokes at Four Yuan each!” “That‟s two hundred Yuan!”
“五十个笑话每个廉雪元钱！”那第母说。

“那是2百元啊！”
Goku :“But we‟ve sold twenty jokes,” “There are only thirty left.”
“但是我们已经卖掉了20个笑话，”Goku说。

“只剩下30个了。

”
Jerry: “I‟ve been putting them back,” “There are still fifty in there.”
“我已经把他们弄回来了，”Jerry说。

“那里仍然有50个。

”
Mary: “Three cheers for Jerry!” “It is his brilliant idea!”
“为Jerry欢呼！”Mary说道。

“是他出的好主意！”
Miss Lian: “And three cheers for the joke box!”
“为了笑话机三欢呼！” Miss Lian说。

Jerry: “I‟ve thought of another joke,” “What card game do crocodiles like?” “我想起了另一个笑话，”Jerry说。

“鳄鱼喜欢什么卡片游戏呢？
they all said: “We don‟t know,” “What card game do crocodiles like?”
“我们不知道，”他们说。

“鳄鱼喜欢什么卡片游戏呢？”
Jerry: “Snap!” Everyone groaned.
“咬，对！” Jerry说。

（大家恍然大悟.）。
