2.工程概况project profile
XXX工程位于张江高科,本脚手架方案为针对地下室至C6六层的管井,一共分为7层,由地下室部分和地面以上的6层构成,该区高度为39.4m,脚手架搭设高度为38m,长度为6m,宽度为1.8m,搭设脚手架平台用于管道、风管施工为主,整体项目由M+W管理公司承担项目管理,总包为XXX建工,机电施工由XXX有限公司承包。
Shanghai Novartis AF Engineering is located in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. This scaffold scheme is for shaft from the basement to C6, in total,7 layers, consisting the basement section and six layers above the ground, the area height is 39.4m, scaffold erection height is 38m, length is 6m, width is 1.8 m, erection the scaffold platform is mainly for pipe, duct construction, overall project is managed by the M + W, the prime contractor is NTCC, electrical and mechanical construction is made by CESE2.

施工现场使XXX脚手架有限公司生产的扣盘式脚手架。
该公司主要生产自行研制、获得国家专利技术的扣盘式脚手架,系中国模板协会成员单位,产品经上海市建筑科学院检测站检验;产品获得上海市高新技术成果转化项目认定办公室颁发的《证书》;公司内部经营团队自有一支脚手架搭设专业施工队伍,为脚手架租凭项目提供搭建服务。

4.1扣盘式脚手架型材规格及材质
buckle scaffold material specification and material
立杆:采用直径48×3.5焊管;扣盘为冲压件;
Vertical Pole: diameter 48 × 3.5 welded pipe; buckle is for the stamping parts;
横杆:采用直径48×3.5焊管;卡钳为冲压件或铸钢件;cross Bar: diameter 48 × 3.5 welded pipe ; calipers are stampings or steel cast;
斜杆:采用直径48×3.5或直径40×2.5焊管;斜卡钳为冲压件或铸钢件;Diagonal rod: diameter 48 × 3.5 or 40 × 2.5 diameter welded pipe; oblique calipers are stampings or steel cast;
脚手板:采用专用型材、钢板网;Scaffold boards: the use of special profiles, steel net;
楼梯:采用专用型材、钢板网;Stairs: The special profiles, steel net; 以上构配件材质均为Q235。

4.2本工程扣盘式脚手架构架搭设要求

4.2.1、采用立杆、横杆、斜杆为主构件,配置楼梯、脚踏板、支撑架、槽钢分割层等构件组装成一组1800(宽)*6000(长)*39000mm(高)的移动脚手架作业平台,钢管尺寸:外径48mm,内劲41mm,壁厚3.5mm,立杆与立杆的纵向间距是1.8m,横向间距0.9m,步距为1.8米,连墙件密度为三步两跨,使用钢管做剪刀撑及水平杆,上下通道使用双扶手,确保施工安
全。

4.2.2立杆安装应竖直,一般根据预先安放的可调底座确定,立杆杆件的选取应根据工程的高度而定,采用不同种规格的立杆相互搭配使用,立杆应无弯曲,卡盘无变形,对接处不晃动,对接牢固。
立竿的垂直偏差,不得大于架高的1/200,全高偏差不得大于100mm;立杆顶端应高出操作平台不少于两个卡盘的高度,作为护栏且应连接牢固。

The vertical deviation of vertical pole, shall not exceed 1/200 of rack height, full height
deviation is not more than 100mm; pole should be higher than the top of the platform height which is not less than height of two chucks, as Guardrail and should be securely connected.
4.2.3横杆安设应做到横平竖直,纵横向水平杆两端与立杆的卡盘连接应位置准确,卡钳与卡盘连接时应逐个采用手锤敲紧连接销,水平杆调平应采用水平尺确定。

4.2.4斜杆安设应根据架体的形式确定,一般在架体外每隔五跨从上到下安设斜杆,斜杆接头与卡盘连接应牢固,做到连接销的敲紧率为100%。
斜杆须交叉布置时应分别安设在立杆卡盘的内外侧;剪刀撑设置一般安设在脚手架外侧,与立杆之间组合成三角形受力,剪刀撑三角形受力与扣件式脚手架的剪刀撑交叉受力结果是一样的,都能保证脚手架整体稳定性。
通常斜杆与横杆之间的角度应保持在45°~63°之间。

Usually angle between the inclined bar and the transverse rob should be maintained at between 45 ° ~ 63 4.2.5脚踏板、楼梯和踢脚板的安装,遵照稳固、方便行走、经济实惠等原则,安装时尽量做到物尽其能,每一块脚手板和楼梯都必须将端部卡子与横杆锁死,每一块踢脚板都必须将卡子与立杆锁死,锁死后均要求达到不松动、不脱落,安装要求锁死部分应逐个检查,合格为止。

4.2.6操作平台上设高为1200mm的护栏。

4.2.7本架设六层水平定位杆。

4.2.8操作平台以下设斜杆,保证其稳定性。

4.2.9、操作平台满铺脚踏板,(楼梯处设活动盖板),保证其安全。

5、施工总体安排construction arrangement
5.1施工准备construction preparation
5.1.1施工手续及证件Construction procedures and documents
扣盘式钢管移动脚手架方案及附属文件需经过管理公司审核批准后方可实施,技术负责人应把批准后的方案对项目部的安全员、施工员、班组长等相关负责人员进行现场搭设总交底,搭设现场负责人员具备特种作业操作证(高空架设作业),作业人员施工前必须经过厂家的培训后持厂家颁发证件才能上岗,搭设前必须进行脚手架搭设安全技术交底。

6、搭建步骤erection step
自下而上分步进行carry out step by step, from bottom to top.
1、竖立杆;install the vertical pole
2、安装底层横杆;install the cross bar of the bottom layer
3、安装底层定位杆;install the positioning bar of the bottom layer
4、安装第二层横杆;install the cross bar of the second layer
5、安装斜杆;install the inclined bar
6、安装楼梯;install the stair
7、架设剪刀撑install the scissor support
8、安装踏步板及中间定位杆(按需);
Install the foot board and middle positioning bar
9、安装三角支撑架并撑牢。
Install the triangle support
按以上顺序1-9操作,立杆总高度应超出工作平台1.2M(不超过管井总高度时),四周安装防护栏杆和踢脚挡板。

7、脚手架搭设安全注意事项scaffold erection safety notes
7.1、脚手架搭设或拆除负责人员必须由《特种作业人员安全技术培训考核管理规定》经考核合格,领取《特种作业人员操作证》。

7.2、操作时必须配戴安全帽、安全带,穿防滑鞋。

7.3、脚手架搭设作业时,应按形成基本构架单元的要求逐排、逐跨和逐步地进行搭设,矩形周边脚手架宜从其中的一个角部开始向方向延伸外搭设。
确保已搭部分稳定。

7.4、搭设作业,应按以下要求作好自我保护和保护好作业现场人员的安全:

7.4.1在架上作业人员应穿防滑鞋和佩挂好安全带。
保证作业的安全,脚下应有必要数量的脚手板,并应铺设平稳,且不得有探头板。
当暂时无法铺设落脚板时,用于落脚或抓握、把持的杆件均应为稳定的构架部分,着力点与构架节点的水平距离应不大于0.8m,垂直距离应不大于1.5m。
位于杆接头之上的自由立杆不得用作把持杆。

When the foot board is unable to place temporarily, the lever fittings for grasping and holding should be part of a stable framework, horizontal distance of the focus forces and frame node should be less than 0.8m, the vertical distance should not exceed 1.5m. the free vertical pole which is located on top of pole connector shall be used as holding bar.
7.4.2架上作业人员应作好分工和配合,传递杆件掌握好重心,平稳传递。
不要用力过猛,以免引起人身或杆件失衡。
对每完成的一道工序,要认真检查才能进行下一道工序。

the operating personnel on the scaffold should well make labor division and coordinate, transport bar should have a good gravity, smoothly transport . Do not apply excessive force to avoid imbalance of the personal or bar. For each completed process, should carefully check, then the next process is carried out.
7.4.3作业人员应佩戴工具袋,工具用完后要装于袋中,不要放在架子上,以免掉落伤人。
Workers should wear a tool bag, tools are put in the bag after use, do not put on scaffold to avoid falling and wound someone.
7.4.4架设材料要随上随用,以免放置不当时掉落。

7.4.5每次收工以前,所有上架材料应全部清理好,不要放在架子上,。
before stopping work for the day, all materials on the scaffold should all be cleaned, not be on the scaffold .
7.4.6在搭设作业进行中,地面上的人员应避开可能落物的区域。
In the erection work, the person on the ground should avoid the area where the thing is falling off.
7.5、架上作业时的安全注意事项:

7.5.1作业前应注意检查作业环境是否可靠,安全防护设置是否齐全有效,确认无误后方可作业。

7.5.2作业时应注意随时清理落在架面上的材料,保持架面清洁,不要乱放材料,工具,以免造成掉物伤人。
when operation, should pay attention to clearing up the surface material on the scaffold at any time, the scaffold surface must be clean, do not misplacing materials, tools, so as to avoid wounding someone.
7.5.3在进行撬、拉、推等操作时,要注意采取正确的姿势,站稳脚根,
或一手把持在稳固的结构或支持物上,以免用力过猛身体失去平衡或把东西甩出。

7.5.4当架面高度不够、需要垫高时,一定要采用稳定可靠的垫高办法,且垫高不要超过50cm;超过50cm时,应按搭设规定升高铺板层。
在升高作业面时,应相应加高防护设施。

7.5.5在架面上运送材料经过作业人员头顶时,要及时发出避让的信号。
材料要轻放,不许采用倾倒、猛磕或其他匆忙缷料方式。
when transporting the materials through the head of operating personnel, should promptly send avoidance signals. Materials should be put lightly, not allowed to unload the material by dumping, or other way.
7.5.6严禁在架面上打闹嬉戏耍、退着行走和跨坐在外防护横杆上休息。
不要在架面上抢行、跑跳,应注意身体不要失衡。
Frolicking, walking backward and sitting on the outer protective rails is prohibited on the surface. Do not run and jump, should keep the body balance.
7.6、其他安全注意事项:

7.6.1运送杆应尽量利用对应楼层的升降机运输在层面传递,并绑扎牢固。
尽量减少人工传递。

7.6.2除搭设过程中必要的1~2步架的上下外,作业人员不得攀缘脚手架上下,应走房屋楼梯或另设安全人梯。
Except the necessary up and down of 1-2 steps at the erection, the operator can not climb the scaffolding up and down, you should take the stairs or set the security ladder.
7.6.3在搭设脚手架时,不得使用不合格的架设材料。

7.6.4作业人员要服从统一指挥,不得自行其是。

7.7、架上作业应按规范或设计规定的荷载使用,严禁超载。
并应遵守如下要求:

7.7.1脚手架的板层和同时作业层的数量不得超过规定。

7.7.2平台的铺板层数和荷载控制应按规定执行,不得任意增加铺板层和数量和在转运平台上超载材料。

7.7.3架面荷载应力求均匀分布,避免荷载集中于一侧。

7.7.4施工材料要随运随装,不得将较多材料存放在脚手架上。

7.8、脚手架立杆的基础应平整夯实,具有足够的承载力和稳定性。

7.9、搭设的安全防护:7.9, erection security protection:
7.9.1作业现场应设安全围和警示标志,不允许无关人员进入危险区域。

7.9.2对尚未形成或已失支稳定脚手架部位加设临时支撑或拉结。

10、作业面的安全防护:

7.10.1脚手架的作业面的锁扣式钢网脚踏板须满铺,不得留有空隙。

7.10.2作业面的外侧立面的防护设施采用:

1)挡脚板加二道防护栏杆。

7.11、临边防护视具体情况可采用:Depending on the situation, the temporary protection can adapt:
视临边情况设安全通道。
通道的顶盖应满铺脚手板或其它能接落物的板篷材料。

7.12、脚手架上下同时施工时必须在施工面之间满铺脚手板或其它能接落物的板篷材料,在经过管理公司安全部同意后才能开展交叉作业:In the simultaneous construction of up and down of scaffold, the scaffold boards or other canopy material that can pick litter should be paved between construction face, the cross-work can not be carried out until the Management Company(M+W) Security Department agree.
8.附件attachments:。
