1.安全设备检查
Safety equipment inspection
1.1.应急示位标
Emergence position indicating radio beacon
1.1.1.检查电池和释放装置是否在正常状态，要求电池4年更换一次，设备每3个月进行
一次检查，并记录在表格《通讯导航设备维修保养记录》。

Check if the battery and the release device are in normal state. The battery should be replaced every 4 years. Equipment should be checked once 3 months and recorded in form <SMI-0403-2Maintenance Records of Communication and Navigation Equipments >.

2.检查设备及其附属装置的维护状况，要求设备能由人工及时取出并脱离释放装置，
设备的周围和上端避免有妨碍设备被及时取出和自浮的物体。

Check the maintenance of the equipment and its attachment device, requiring the equipment can be taken off by hand timely and break away from the release device, equipment, and also no objects around or on top of it in order to obstruct to be taken out in time and self-floating.
1.1.3.根据不同型设备的规定和要求，每3个月以人工操作试验方式检测设备的报警发射
功能是否正常。

检测时应严格按照操作程序进行，严防误报警的发生。

According to different type of equipment regulations and requirements, test the alarm transmiting function of the equipment is normal or not every three months with manual operation test mode. We should be strictly according to operation procedures when doing the test to take strict precautions against false alarm happening.
1.2.通信设备检查
Check the communications equipment
1.2.1.GMDSS
Global Maritime Distress and safety System
参照设备说明书和维护保养须知，检查设备各部件良好情况，检查程序自检功能及工作状况是否正常。

Refer to equipment manuals and maintenance instructions, inspect all parts of the equipment in good condition or not, inspect program self-check functions and working conditions normal or not.
1.2.1.1.保持整机的清洁干净。

Keep the unit clean.
1.2.1.2.经常检查遇险报警按钮的保险装置，防止发生误报警。

Check the safety device of emergency alarm button frequently, to prevent false alarms.
1.2.2.VHF甚高频电话Very High Frequency telephone
检查CH16的收发性能，整机静噪性能，CH16扫描守听性能是否正常。

要求至少有一部能使用24V备用电源，在CH16保持守听。

并能在船舶断电时及时接入24V备用电源。

Check CH16 transceiver performance, the unit squelch performance, CH16 scan listening performance is normal or not. Require at least one can use the 24V standby power, keep listen to the CH16. And connect 24V standby power in time when blackout.
1.2.3.NA VTEX接收机Navigational Telex receiver
1.2.3.1.检查予置功能，自检查程序和接收打印机性能是否正常。

Check the preparatory function, self-inspection procedures and receiving printer performance is normal or not.
1.2.3.2.检查前端过压保护和键控中断作用是否良好。

Check the front-end over-voltage protection and the disrupt monitoring is good or not.
1.2.3.3.试验打印机供纸和记录笔（针）是否正常。

Test the printer paper supplying and the recording pen (needle) is normal or not.
1.2.4.救生艇用双向无线电话
Lifeboat two-way radio telephone
1.2.4.1.保持机器的清洁干净。

Keep the unit clean.
1.2.4.2.每月检查双向无线电话的功能，如发现问题，必须马上解决。

Check the function of two-way radio telephone each month, once find problems, must deal with it immediately.
1.2.4.3.按规定更换电池，保证所配的电池在有效期内。

Replace the battery follow regulations, ensure that the battery within the valid period.
1.2.5.雷达应答器（SART）Radar transponder (Search and Rescue Radar Transponder)
1.2.5.1.保持雷达应答器的清洁干燥。

Keep the radar transponder clean and dry.
1.2.5.2.每月对其进行测试，发现异常，应立即修理或更换。

Test it each month, once find something is abnormal, should repaire or replaced it immediately. 1.2.5.3.按照规定更换电池，保证所配备的电池在有效期内。

Replace the battery follow regulations, ensure that the battery within the valid period.
1.3.导航、助航设备检查
Navigation aids and navigation equipment inspection
1.3.1.雷达Radar
1.3.1.1.要求各量程回程清晰，各旋钮功能正常。

Require the return stroke of each range clear, and each turn knob function is normal.

2.检查各量程固定距标,活动距标是否吻合,航线误差,方位误差,船位识别仪AIS及假
回波情况是否正常。

Check the fixed range marks/ variable range marker of each range is anastomsis or not. And check the situations of route error, orientation error, ship position identification device AIS (Automatic Identificatien System) and false echoes are normal or not.
1.3.1.3.显示器保养：Monitor maintenance:
1.3.1.3.1.每半年用软毛刷清除一次显示器内的灰尘；
Clean the dust inside the monitor with a soft brush once every six months;
1.3.1.3.
2.经常清洁显示器的荧光屏；
Clean the monitor screen frequently;
1.3.1.3.3.当发现显像管高压帽的周围打火时，应关闭雷达并对地充分放电后，用蘸有无水
酒精的软布清除高压帽周围的尘污；
When sparks are found around the kinescope high-pressure cap, the radar should be closed and fully discharged, sweep away the dust around the high-pressure cap with a soft cloth moistened with absolute alcohol;

2.GPS定位仪
Global Position System locator
检验程序自检功能，定位精度，予报及更新情况是否正常。

Test the procedures self-test function, location accuracy, and the situations of forecast and update is normal or not.
1.3.3.测深仪
Echo sounder
1.3.3.1.试验测深显示，零点显示是否准确，画面是否清晰。

检查浅水档，深水档回波情况
是否正常。

Sounding text showed, the zeropoint display is accuracy and the image is clear or not. Check the the echo situation of shallow water grade/deep water grade is normal or not.
1.3.3.
2.及时更换记录器的记录纸,长期停航时,须每半个月通电一次，每次不小于4小时。

Replace the recorder recording paper timely, when the vessel laid up long-term, it should be energized once every two weeks, and each time not less than 4 hours.
1.3.3.3.船舶厂修时，应打开安装换能器的舱室水密门,如有积水,应排除,找出原因。

检查电
缆的绝缘及接线盒水密情况。

坞修时对船底的换能器作出明显的标记，防止除锈或
打油漆时污损换能器。

When the ship dry docking, should open the compartment watertight door which has installed the transducer, if there is ponding, it should be remove, and find out the reason. Check the cable insulation and watertight terminal box situation.Make obvious mark on transducer on the bottom of the ship when her do dock repair, to prevent fouling the transducer when do derusting or
painting.
1.3.4.磁罗经Magnetic Compass
1.3.4.1.磁罗经维护保养，应按说明书要求去做。

Maintaining the magnetic compass, should according to the specification.

2.航行途中，值班人员应随时观察磁罗经是否有异常现象。

On the voyage, the person on watch should always observe the magnetic compass for unusual phenomenon.
1.4.应急蓄电池、天线系统Emergency battery, antenna system
1.4.1.应急蓄电池Emergency battery
1.4.1.1.检查电瓶表层，接线柱，电瓶箱内是否清洁干燥，空气流通；
Check that the battery surface, battery terminal, inside of battery box is clean & dry and air is circulation or not;
1.4.1.
2.电瓶盖上小孔必须保持畅通，电解液应保持高出板极1-1.5厘米；
Holes in the battery covers must be kept clear, the electrolyte should be higher than the plate electrode 1-1.5 cm;
1.4.1.3.电瓶应保持充足状态，并随时可接入全部负载；
Battery should be kept in sufficient state, and be ready to access to full load;
1.4.1.4.正常值：酸性电瓶电液比重1.23-1.28，电瓶电压应保持24V。

Normal value: the specific gravity of acid battery liquid is 1.23-1.28, the battery voltage should remain 24V.

2.天线系统Antenna system
1.4.
2.1.开航前检查所有通导设备的天线，接索，环扣，缓冲保险装置应保持其完好。

Check the antenna, then cable, buckle, buffer safety device of all communications and navigation equipment and remain them intact before sailing.

2.2.测量天线对地绝缘电阻，干燥大气应达10兆欧，潮湿大气达1兆欧以上。

Measuring the insulation resistance of the antenna against the ground, to be upto 10MGE during dry climate, and upto 1MGE during wet climate, and moist air should reach more than 1 mge.

3.天线，卸扣，导滑轮，接索，固定环的磨损程度不应超过三分之一。

Antenna, shackles, guide pulley, commissura, fixed ring wear should not exceed one-third.

2.4.检查天线时，应将天线开路。

The antenna should be an open circuit when checked.

2.5.暴风雨前后，要及时检查天线，冰雪天检查天线绝缘子是否冰雷堆积及时清除。

Before and after the storm, the antennas to be inspected in time, the antenna insulator to be inspected in the ice and snow, and any ice & snow accumulation to be removed in time.

2.6.鞭状天线清洁后，应在连接处涂润滑油。

After cleaning whip antenna, we should grease the connection.
