10.证明信Certificates 证明一般是由团体、机关或个人所在单位出具的证据确凿 的可以证明某人的身份、学历、经历或其他情况的真实性的 一种文书形式。证明信的内容应该绝对真实、可靠。出具证 明时必须坚持实事求是的原则，切忌弄虚作假。 证明的主要组成部分有：标题、正文、署名。 heading, text, and signature . 1. Heading 标题 证明的标题是用来指出证明的是有关哪方面的事情，有时 也可只用“证明”字样作为标题。 2. Text 正文 正文是证明信的核心部分，它要真实地反映所证明的内 容。证明信的正文所用语言必须简洁、严谨、格式要符合 规范。一般要另起一行，空两格写起。内容多的要分段， 简单的则不用
