【摘要】营养支持在重症患者综合治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用，但具体实施过程中还存在着诸多疑惑，常常导致营养提供的延迟。

本文主要对近年来营养支持治疗在危重患者中的进展与变化进行综述，包括喂养预案的应用、营养充足性、丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的添加、胃肠功能障碍的管理及血糖控制。

%Nutrition support therapy is an essential component of comprehensive treatment in critically ill patient, however, there are a multitude of confusions and misconceptions in actual practice which delay and limit the provision of optimal nutritional support. This article mainly makes a discussion about the improvements and changes of nutrition support therapy in critically ill patients in recent years, which includes the use of feeding protocol, the adequacy of nutrition provision, parenteral glutamine supplementation, management of gastrointestinal function dysfunction and blood glucose control.
