1. The purpose of MSDS is to prevent industrial accidents or occupational diseases by providing the required information to workers or end users for ensuring the safe handling of chemicals. And also to deliver MSDS to users when selling or transferring chemicals.
2. When it is to be performed -. As soon as new noxious chemical materials are input in worksite -. Before a new worker employs in handling works of noxious chemical materials -. Before changing to works exposed to noxious chemical materials -. When transporting and storing the noxious chemical materials -. When judged as accident can be occurred 3. Training Method A proprietor shall carry out a training, and display the register(training time, contents included) signed by a representative from workers in a worksite and control it. 1) Train a worker for MSDS when carrying out safety health training 2) Train for MSDS in case of training management officer, etc.

1. Manufacturer and importer shall attach the warning label to a container or a package. 2. A proprietor in charge of use, transport and storage shall check the presence of warning label, and attach it if required. 3. A proprietor may request a manufacture and an importer to attach the warning label.

• Perform the ESH improvement activities related to disaster-free by each group in charge. - Control the result of ESH improvement. - The supervisors shall check them weekly and monthly. • Before starting work, make sure to perform the training for foresight against danger.
