摘要：the invention relates to a combination consisting of a tracheostomy tube (100) comprising a curved cannula (20) in a given plane and substantially having a non constant radius, and the medium valve (10) capable of entering the cannula for tracheostomy tube guide tube in the cannula.the valve element includes a one piece resilient and flexible material and formed to be curved when inserted into the cannula and non constant radius in the plane, the element in one piece with the proximal end (12) and dista (11) and a rod (13) extending between the two ends.the size of the stem to a large part of its length is such that its rigidity is sufficient so that at the same time to perpendicular. the probe also includes a first flexible portion of substantially rectangular section, whose width is greater than the thickness, when measured perpendicular to the given plane.
