摘要：PURPOSE:To improve a freezing efficiency of a Stirling freezer by a method wherein a thermal transfer from a compressor part to a cold finger is prohibited by a thermal insulating material at a connection part disposed between these parts and a thermal bad influence for the cold finger is prevented. CONSTITUTION:An integral type Stirling freezer 10 is operated such that a piston 12 is reciprocatably installed within a cylinder 13, and a compressor part 11 is formed. In turn, a displacer 20 is reciprocatably disposed within a casing 21 and a cold finger 18 is formed. Working gas is reciprocated between the compressor 11 and the cold finger 18, thermal radiation is carried out form the compressor 11 and then a low temperature part 25 of the cold finger 18 is cooled. In this case, a connection part 19 between the compressor 11 and the cold finger 18 is made of thermal insulating material. Thermal radiation of the compressor 11 is prohibited by the thermal insulating material of the connecting part 19 so as to prevent a bad influence against the cold finger 18.
