My neighbor Mr. Black is seventy years old. He always complains about how fast things have changed, and he often says that life was better in the past than today. Now cities are full of cars. Some families even have two or more cars, so parking is becoming a big problem. The traffic in some cities is very bad. Some car drivers drive too fast, so there are more traffic accidents. It’s rare（罕见的）and lucky that Mid-Autumn Festival fell on the same day as Teachers’
lockdown because of the COVID-19 pandemic（疫情）in Chengdu.
Despite（尽管）the hard situation, our class decided to hold an online evening party, and I was one of the organizers（组织者）.
During the process, we came up with some creative ideas for the party. One of them was to make a video of all of our classmates’ best wishes for our teachers. Every student took part actively（活跃地）in the video. I was responsible（负责的）for inviting our teachers to perform in a show. I contacted（联系）them one by one and sent out the invitations online.
