摘要：文章将传统统计指标与空间统计指标相结合，从绝对和相对的角度测度了 2000-2012 年山东半岛蓝色经济区城
市经济的时间和空间差异及其变化趋势，分析结果显示：2000-2012 年间蓝色经济区城市经济的绝对差异逐年递增，
Abstract: By the combination of traditional statistical indicators and spatial statistical indicators， the temporal and
spatial difference and its change trend of the urban economy in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone from
2000 to 2012 are measured from both absolute and relative aspects. The analysis results show that the absolute dif⁃ ference of the urban economy in the Blue Economic Zone increases yearly from 2000 to 2012，whereas the relative difference presents a decreasing trend after 2009. Overall，the change in the spatial difference of urban economy is relatively small，while the spatial difference of urban per-capita GDP is more significant compared to that of urban GDP. The comparison results between the urban per-capita GDP and the urban GDP’s Moran’I coefficient in the Blue Economic Zone from 2009 and 2012， to a certain extent， reflect the achievements of the establishment of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone since 2009. Meanwhile， they also demonstrate the spatial agglomeration

一、引 言 自 2009 年首次提出建设山东半岛蓝色经济区以 来，山东半岛蓝色经济区的发展是否按照计划进度 进行，蓝色经济区的经济水平增长情况如何，是否 能达“到 2015 年蓝色经济区的综合经济实力显著增 强 ［1］ ”的发展目标？这些都是在建设蓝色经济区的 过程中必须要关注并解答的问题。蓝色经济区的发展
