病及其他胎儿畸形的有效性。方法
周接受胎儿 NT 标准化测量。分析 NT 增厚 胎儿的 染色体 核型及妊 娠结 局。结果 正常者 6例, 孕妇年龄均 < 35 岁; 染色体异常者 11例, 孕 妇年龄 > 35 岁者 3 例,
3 012 例, NT > 3 0 mm 者 42 例, 筛查阳性率为 1 39% , NT 为 3 1~ 9 4 mm。在行染色体检查的 17 例胎 儿中, 染色体 超显示胎儿伴有其他结构异常, 6例胎停育, 2 例水囊瘤, 3 例全身水肿, 5 例孕足月分娩。结论 一个筛查指标, 有助于产前诊断染色体疾病及其他胎儿畸形, 对评价胎儿预后有很大帮助。 关键词 中图分类号 超声检查, 产前; 颈部透明层厚度; 妊娠初期; 染色体畸变 R 714 5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1007- 9572 ( 2010) 14- 1587- 02
