煤气风机XYZ-600稀油润滑站说明书
1 概述及用途XYZ-600稀油润滑站是云南宝鑫D750离心风机配套的润滑冷却装置,它连续地向各滚动轴承提供一定流量、压力和温度的润滑油,用于各运动部位的润滑,建立承载油膜,同时将因摩擦产生的热量带回油箱。
2 技术参数2.1 基本条件XYZ-300稀油润滑站,使用一台螺杆泵装置,工作介质粘度等级为N46;冷却水温度应不超过33℃,冷却水压力不超过0.4Mpa ;2.2技术参数3、设备组成及工作原理3.1设备组成XYZ-300稀油润滑站主要由油箱、电加热器、一台螺杆泵装置、双筒过滤器、双联油冷却器、回油磁(栅)网过滤装置、功能性阀门(单向阀、安全阀、开关阀门)及管道、控制元件(压力控制器、压差控制器、温度控制器、液位控制器)、显示仪表(压力表、温度表、液位计)、电控柜等组成。
3.2工作原理工作时,螺杆泵装置连续地从油箱吸入油液,吸入的油液由螺杆泵装置进行增压后,经单向阀、双联油冷却器(一侧工作,一侧备用)、双筒过滤器(一侧工作,一侧备用)、功能性阀门和管道被送到设备的润滑点,油液对润滑点进行润滑和冷却后,沿着系统的回油总管流回油箱,油液在油箱内经回油磁(栅)网过滤装置过滤后进行下一次循环。
3.3元件功能3.3.1油箱油箱主要功能是蓄油,还兼作散热和沉淀油液中的杂质。
3.3.2加热器加热器的功能是对油箱中的油液进行加热,当油箱中油液的温度低于下限设定值时,电加热器自动进行加热,当油箱中油液的温度达到正常设定值时,电加热器自动停止。
3.3.3油泵装置稀油润滑站具有一台螺杆泵装置,若油箱油液温度高于25℃时,可直接启动油泵, 电加热器自动进行加热,当油箱油液温度低于25℃时,必须先启动电加热器进行加热,待油温升到25℃以上时,才可启动油泵, 对油箱油液进行循环加热,油温升到35℃以上时,油站才能向齿轮箱供油, 油温升到40℃以上时,电加热器自动停止加热。
3.3.4双筒过滤器双筒过滤器有两组过滤滤芯(互为备用)和一个手动切换阀,一组滤芯工作时,一另组滤芯备用。

FY系列自清洗过滤器说明书长沙多灵环保科技有限公司C HANGSHA DAWNING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD原理概述当自清洗过滤器进出口的压差达到预设值或达到清洗时间、手动预制时,过滤器将开始自清洗过程,整个自清洗过程包含两个步骤:打开位于自清洗过滤器上的自动排污阀;电机带动自清洗过滤器滤网内的清洗系统(清洗刷或扫描吸嘴),被滤网所拦截下来的杂质从排污阀排出。
整个清洗过程耗时约15秒(可根据用户要求设定),清洗时系统不断流,自清洗过滤器的整个运行过程由随机配备的一个智能控制箱来控制。
控制方式可选压差、时间、手动及PLC控制。
DLD系列自清洗过滤器可在线实现自动清洗、自动排污等功能,操作配备差压/时间/手动三种功能,具有过滤精度高、反清时间短、清洗水量少、压力损失小等优点,为您的水系统提供稳定的水质保证。

b) 决定扩展探头最终安装位置的基本前提是:

k) 请被授权的人员点燃主燃烧器
• 自动调整 选择 AUTO TUNE 菜单并运行 SCON 选项。WORK 信息被显示。此过 程 将持续约 7 分钟。GOOD 信息显示表明火焰 ON 方式已被成功地存档于 MFD 控制单元中。选择 CALC 选项并执行(按 ENTER 键)。MFD 将参数 “ LF” ,“ HF” 和“ B” 自动设置到可获取最佳选择性和较高的信号读数 位置。

4. 操作原理
• 探头 UR600 1000 IR/UV
不管是’直视’还是’加长’型式,火焰的探测和识别都是基于探头 UR600-IR/UV 对 红外线(IR)或紫外线(UV)波长的敏感度。
光敏感应元件响应红外线或紫外线辐射强度的动态特性主要由初始燃烧区域 (火焰 根部)中的火焰来发出。
