● 测试前,使用高压电流仪确认被测回路中无电荷。 ● 必须戴上高压绝缘手套。 ● 绝缘电阻量程时,按测试开关后测试线头部和被测回路中产生高压电,请注意避免触摸。 ● 电池盖打开时,请不要进行测量。 ● 打雷时,请不要进行测量。
注意 显示带电线路警告或蜂鸣器发出警告声时,即使按下测试开关也不能进行测量。 使用本仪器可检查电气设备或电路的绝缘状况。测量时,请确认施加于被测回路的电压是否良好。 (注意) * 由于被测物不同,其绝缘电阻值可能不稳定,而可能造成显示的电阻值也不稳定。
电池电压在操作电压下限以下,不能保证精确度。更换方法请参考 8 章。 5-2 连接测试线
将测试线稳固插入仪器端口,测试线(红色)连接到测试端口,接地线(黑色)连接到接地端口和保护线(绿色)连接到保护 端口。

3125A使用说明书
1.概述1.1 BJ3125A 型数字IC测试系统是BJ3125数字IC测试系统的改型产品.继承了原有系统的优点.1.2该系统数字IC测试按存储响应法进行设计,这种方法理论上成熟,方法上统一,应用最广泛,国内外科技人员熟悉。
此外,由于利用这种原理测试方法上差异小,所以易于和国内、外其他测试系统的测试数据,测试结果数据进行比较,有较好的兼容性。
1.3本系统的设计思想采用通用微机控制.为以后多快好省地开发各系列智能仪器打下基础。
采用通用微机对于软件开发及系统调试都带来许多方便。
采用总线支持模块化结构,便于扩展成其他测试系统.将在研制中大规模数字集成电路测试系统中积累的知识,经验充分赋予该系统,软件能继承的就继承,如页表式编程测试包、系统的诊断校准程序、程序库……在功能测试上不追求速度而只追求功能齐全,如:能测试各种工艺系列的IC,能测开路门,可进行三态测试等。
而着重在直流参数上下功夫。
如:小电流测试及保证较好的测试精度。
在电路设计上力求电路简捷,尽量采用先进的性价比高的器件,如选用AD7237双D/A、AD526增益可软件编程放大器、AD620仪用放大器等,可降低成本,缩短研制周期,较容易保证较好的性能指标,便于生产。
1.4本系统的主要特点——采用通用微机控制——完善的诊断校准程序——商业化齐套实用的程序库——具有测试存储器的软件图形发生器——具有电平精度高、输出阻抗低、电平范围宽的三态驱动器。
——可对开路门进行测试——具有三态测试能力——采用地缓冲放大器,以利用提高直流参数测试精度——功能测试采用双阈值比较——恒流源、恒压源、电压表是独立的、便于测试模拟电路时使用——易于扩展成其它 IC测试系统。
1.5本测试系统,可测试TTL,ECL,CMOS及其它类型中小规模数字IC,如随机逻辑电路、ROM、EPROM、RAM、EPLD。
1.6测试用途整机厂、研究单位的器件验收测试及其他各种应用测试。

检查步骤同 EYY1
步骤 1:检查外电源频率是否为 50HZ±1 步骤 2:用示波器检测电源板 TP5 点应为 100HZ 的方波,如没有波形检查 V3 或 D2 损坏,如波形正常,则信号由 X18A-3 输出到 X81A-3,由光耦 D32 进入 CPU 板,测 TP2 点同步信号应为 100HZ 方波且单脉宽应为 200-400us 左右,如脉宽不好可通过改变 C5 电容的容值来达到要求 步骤 3:如 TP2 无波形或不正常,检查 D32 或 D26 是否损坏 步骤 4:检查 CPU 板 XTAL2 晶振输出是否为 1MHZ,如不正常则晶振或 D27 损坏 步骤 5:检查 D7-15 脚有无 1MHZ 方波输入,如有且 TP2 正常则为 D7 损坏

GS3125简易手册
GS3125简易设置手册1、硬件连接GS3125模块1、2端接DC12V电源;7、8端接电话线;9、10端接报警主机外线端。
连接GS3100 Consloe软件时,模块上四针数据口连线顺序依次是红、橙、黄、绿;通过串口线连接到电脑,必须设置好对应的COM口。
2、模块LED灯状态说明红色(L5):通常熄灭,只有出现故障才会闪。
黄色(L4):切换到GSM通道(出现电话线故障或没接电话线时),此灯常亮;当GSM 正在拨号时,此灯闪。
绿色:L1~L3递增,表示GSM信号强度,当三个绿灯全亮,表示信号最强。
3、模块硬件复位(恢复出厂值)将模块上四针数据口的1和4针短接,通电。
直至三个绿色灯恢复常亮状态,表示模块复位成功。
4、GS3125设置要项○1单纯断线报警或者纯无线:只需设置好报警主机通讯编程即可,GS3125无需做任何设置。
○2GS3125启用PTM功能设置:A、将需要启用PTM功能的号码填入PTM选项中的telephone number中(如果需要拨两个号码,此项必须填;只是单个号码,此项可不填);B、将Check Dialling打√C、在Max Failures项选择1○3删减外线号:有时电话线拨号需要加外线号,所以切换GSM时需要删减外线号。
只需做以下设置:Options→Dial options→Digits to remove(填外线号的位数,如只有1位数,就选择1)。
5、设置短信和语音○1硬件连接:小继电器的电源正、负接报警主机上的AUX+ 、PGM;常闭端子接GS3125上T3和接地。
报警主机编程的PGM设置报警输出。
○2软件设置:A、Phonebook:设置接收短信的号码。
B、PTM:设置接收短信的号码。
C、SMS Dialer:Input 3 Event(报警发生);Input 3 Restore(报警恢复)。
在这两项中勾选所需接收号码,以及编写短信内容。
D、I/O:将T3 类型设置为Input。
