Encoder pull-up jumpers must be set correctly based on the types of encoders being used. Failure to set these jumpers correctly may cause damage to the encoders or to the receivers on the controller card. There are no analog adjustment “pots” on the board. All analog gain and offset is under software control. The analog outputs must be wired to differential control signal inputs on a servo amplifier. The DAC outputs provide an analog control voltage of ±10 volts. Stepper outputs provide open-collector step and direction signals. There are no pull-up resistors provided on the Stepper outputs.DAC/Stepper Output configuration is set at the factory and is not field configurable. Factory default jumper settings for the ACR1500 board are highlighted within the following jumper tables.ACR1500 BOARD HARDWARE SETUPNOTE: Square pin indicates Pin 1.Figure 1. ACR1500 Board OutlineAddress Selection Switch (SW1)The ACR1500 can receive and transmit data through I/O ports on a PC BUS. Theaddresses of these ports are selectable using SW1 on the ACR1500 board. The data portis used to both transmit and receive. Both the transmit and receive channels areconnected to 512 byte First In / First Out (FIFO) hardware buffers.Refer to Figure 1 for switch location. The status port is used to see if data is waiting to be received from the card and if it is OKto send data to the card. The byte read from the status port is defined as follows:BIT Definition DescriptionBIT7 Transmit Not Full Clear to send one byteBIT6 Transmit Not Half Empty Clear to send up to 255 bytesBIT5 Receive Not Empty Data AvailableBIT4 Transmit Not Empty Still something in the bufferTable 1.1 ACR1500 PC BUS Status Port BitsThe following table shows how the switch positions relate to the ACR1500 card numberand I/O port addresses.Note that Switch 4 should be left in the “OFF” position, unless using the Flash BypassMode of operation. Flash Bypass Mode is selected when the user does not want to loadthe program information from flash at power-up or reset. The card will not communicatevia the PC BUS at Card Number 15, so after the board is powered-up or reset in FlashBypass Mode, the SW1 settings must be placed back to a valid card number.Card SW1Settings Addresses Number 4 3 2 1 Data Status0 OFF OFF OFF OFF 0x300 0x3020x3040x3061 OFFONOFFOFFOFF0x30A0x308ON2 OFFOFF0x30CON0x30EON3 OFFOFF0x3100x312OFFOFFON4 OFF0x3140x316ONOFF5 OFFON0x3180x31AOFFONON6 OFF0x31C0x31EON7 OFFONON8-14 RESERVED15 ON ON ON ON Flash Bypass ModeTable 1.2 ACR1500 PC BUS Port Addresses6ACR1500 Hardware ManualJumper Table ListThe following is a list of the jumper functions on the ACR1500 motherboard:FUNCTIONJUMPER JUMPERJP1 ENC0 Pull-up Voltage Select (Page 8)JP2 ENC1 Pull-up Voltage Select (Page 8)JP3 ENC2 Pull-up Voltage Select (Page 8)JP4 ENC3 Pull-up Voltage Select (Page 8)JP5 ReservedJP6 ReservedJP7 ReservedJP8 ReservedJP9 ISA Interrupt Select (Page 10)JP10 Channel 0 DAC/Stepper Select (Page 11)JP11 Channel 1 DAC/Stepper Select (Page 11)JP12 Channel 2 DAC/Stepper Select (Page 11)JP13 Channel 3 DAC/Stepper Select (Page 11)J1 Factory Programming Header**J2 Factory Test Header**** Connecting external signals to these headers may cause board failure or damage to IC’s.Encoder Pull-up Select Jumpers (JP1 thru JP4)The ACR1500 is capable of handling various types of incremental open-collector and line driver encoders. Care must be taken to setup each channel to match the encoder type as described below:Open Collector Encoders:When using open-collector encoders, the encoder channels must be pulled to either +5 or +12 volts, depending upon the application. Pulling up to +12 volts provides higher noise immunity, but causes a slower response time. For high frequency applications (encoder rates higher than 1 megahertz) the +5 volt pull-up section may be necessary.Line Driver Encoders:When using line driver (or balanced pair) encoders, the corresponding resistor pack should be removed from it’s socket. Leaving the resistor pack in the socket can cause faulty encoder operation and possibly severe encoder damage. Optionally, the resistor pack can be replaced with an 8-pin isolated resistor pack to supply termination resistance for the balanced signal pairs.Pull-up Selection:The following table lists the pull-up jumper settings for each encoder:WARNINGWiring a line driver encoder with the pull-up selected to+12 volts will permanently damage the encoder.Encoder Pull-Up JumpersEncoder Resistor Jumper +5V +12V0 RP1 JP1 1-2 2-31 RP2 JP2 1-2 2-32 RP3 JP3 1-2 2-33 RP4 JP4 1-2 2-3Table 1.3 ACR1500 Encoder Pull-Up JumpersRefer to Figure 1 for jumper location.8ACR1500 Hardware ManualMiscellaneous Function Jumpers (JP5 thru JP8)These four (4) jumpers are reserved for future use.Miscellaneous JumpersJumper FunctionJP5 RESERVEDJP6 RESERVEDJP7 RESERVEDJP8 RESERVEDTable 1.4 ACR1500 Miscellaneous JumpersRefer to Figure 1 for jumper location.Interrupt Select Jumper (JP9)The ACR1500 can be instructed to interrupt a PC host through the parallel bus by issuing a SET 112 command in immediate mode or from within a program. Interrupt driven software at the host level is an advanced topic and should only be attempted by someone with a thorough knowledge of interrupt driven code.In order for the PC to see the interrupt, the proper jumper selection from the following table must be made. IRQ5 is usually a good choice since printer code seldom uses interrupts and use of the secondary printer port (LPT2) is even rarer.FunctionLevel JP9CommonDisabled 1-3* Not ApplicableIRQ3 1-2 Secondary Serial (COM2)IRQ4 3-4 Primary Serial (COM1)IRQ5 5-6 Secondary Parallel (LPT2)IRQ7 7-8 Primary Parallel (LPT1)(unused)ReservedIRQ10 9-10Reserved(unused)IRQ11 11-12(unused)ReservedIRQ12 13-14(unused)ReservedIRQ15 15-16Table 1.5 ACR1500 PC BUS Interrupt Select JumpersRefer to Figure 1 for jumper location.IMPORTANT NOTE:When the ACR1500 is used in a Pentium processor based PCI board, the selected interrupt must be configured in the PCI board BIOS as a Legacy ISA interrupt (or Used By ISA in some BIOS’), since the ACR1500 is an ISA board.10ACR1500 Hardware ManualDAC/Stepper Output Configuration Jumpers (JP10 thru JP13)These four (4) jumpers are used to connect/disconnect the analog ground outputs to the P2 connector, based on the DAC/Stepper Configuration of the ACR1500 board. When a DAC Output is present, installing the jumper provides connection from the analog ground to the P2 connector signal. When a Stepper Output is present, removing the jumper disconnects the analog ground from the Direction signal at the P2 connector. These jumpers are configured at the factory, based on the DAC/Stepper Outputs built onto the ACR1500 Board as follows:DAC/Stepper Configuration JumpersJumper P2OutputChannel DAC4ConfigurationSTEPPER4ConfigurationDAC2/STEPPER2ConfigurationJP10 Channel0 IN OUT INJP11 Channel1 IN OUT INJP12 Channel2 IN OUT OUTJP13 Channel3 IN OUT OUTTable 1.6 ACR1500 DAC/Stepper Configuration JumpersRefer to Figure 1 for jumper location. This section contains diagrams of the connectors on the ACR1500 board.12ACR1500 Hardware ManualEncoder Inputs (P1)There is one 34-pin header provided on the ACR1500 for encoder feedback. Refer to Figure 1 for connector location.TTL Digital I/O signals I/O-00 thru I/O-47 are programmable in groups of eight (8) inputs or outputs and are defined in software by the user. The logic polarity (i.e. positive logic or negative logic) of the inputs and outputs is also programmable. Refer to the User’s Guide, Config Command, for programming details. The TTL Digital I/O signals are wired directly to 82C55 programmable interface IC’s. The inputs and outputs of the 82C55 IC’s are TTL-compatible. Outputs have a 2.5mA drive capability. At power-up or reset, the 82C55 IC’s I/O are set as inputs. After the board has completed initialization (the Watchdog output at the P2 connector will also become active at this time -- approximately 0.5 to 0.7 seconds), the 82C55 IC’s inputs and outputs are set to the user’s configured mode of operation. The default mode of operation for the ACR1500 Digital I/O is Mode 0 (24 Inputs/24 Outputs). The default logic level for the inputs and outputs is set at negative polarity (negative logic), which is compatible with the Opto-22 negative logic levels. This will ensure that any unconnected inputs will be in the “OFF” state. There are no pull-up or pull-down resistors provided on-board.The following table shows the definitions of the negative and positive logic for the digital input and output levels.Input/Output StateNegative Logic Input TTL Level Positive Logic Input TTL Level ON Logic Level Low Logic Level High OFFLogic Level HighLogic Level LowTable 1.11 ACR1500 TTL Digital I/O Logic LevelsTTL Digital Inputs / Outputs, continuedNote: P3 and P4 are 50-pin shrouded male headers. Cypress Semiconductor 8K x 8 电源切换可重编程 PROM 产品说明书
8K x 8 Power-Switched and Reprogrammable PROMCY7C261CY7C263/CY7C264Features•CMOS for optimum speed/power •Windowed for reprogrammability •High speed—20 ns (Commercial)—25 ns (Military)•Low power—660 mW (Commercial)—770 mW (Military)•Super low standby power (7C261)—Less than 220 mW when deselected —Fast access: 20 ns•EPROM technology 100% programmable•Slim 300-mil or standard 600-mil packaging available •5V ± 10% V CC , commercial and military•Capable of withstanding greater than 2001V static discharge•TTL-compatible I/O•Direct replacement for bipolar PROMsFunctional DescriptionThe CY7C261, CY7C263, and CY7C264 are high-perfor-mance 8192-word by 8-bit CMOS PROMs. When deselected, the CY7C261 automatically powers down into a low-power standby mode. It is packaged in a 300-mil-wide package. The CY7C263 and CY7C264 are packaged in 300-mil-wide and 600-mil-wide packages respectively, and do not power down when deselected. The reprogrammable packages are equipped with an erasure window; when exposed to UV light, these PROMs are erased and can then be reprogrammed. The memory cells utilize proven EPROM floating-gate technology and byte-wide intelligent programming algorithms. The CY7C261, CY7C263, and CY7C264 are plug-in replace-ments for bipolar devices and offer the advantages of lower power, superior performance and programming yield. The EPROM cell requires only 12.5V for the supervoltage and low current requirements allow for gang programming. The EPROM cells allow for each memory location to be tested 100%, as each location is written into, erased, and repeatedly exercised prior to encapsulation. Each PROM is also tested for AC performance to guarantee that after customer programming the product will meet DC and AC specification limits.Read is accomplished by placing an active LOW signal on CS.The contents of the memory location addressed by the address line (A 0−A 12) will become available on the output lines (O 0−O 7).For an 8K x 8 Registered PROM, see theCY7C265.Logic Block DiagramPin ConfigurationsO 7O 6O 5O 4O 3O 2O 1O 0ADDRESS DECODERPROGRAM-MABLE ARRAYCOLUMN MULTI-PLEXERPOWER DOWN(7C261)A 0A 1A 2A 3A 4A 5A 6A 8A 9A 10A 11A 12CSGND12345678910111415162019181721242322Top ViewDIP/Flatpack A 6A 5A 4A 3A 2A 1A 0O 0A 7O 3V CCA 8A 9A 10O 7O 6O 5O 4CS O 21213O 1A 12A 11284567891032127131415161726252423222120111219A 5V C C G N D A 6A 7O 3O 1O 0Top View18O 4O 5NC A 0A 4A 3A 10NC A 8A 9N C N C CS A 11O 7O 67C2617C2637C2647C2617C263A 7A 2A 1A 12O 2COLUMN ADDRESSROW ADDRESSLCC/PLCC (Opaque Only)Maximum Ratings[1](Above which the useful life may be impaired. For this reason, an opaque label should be placed over the window if the PROM is exposed to sunlight or fluorescent lighting for extended periods of time. The recommended dose of ultraviolet light for erasure is a wavelength of 2537 angstroms for a minimum dose (UV intensity multiplied by exposure time) of 25 Wsec/cm 2. For an ultraviolet lamp with a 12 mW/cm 2 power rating, the exposure time would be approximately 35 minutes. The 7C261 or 7C263needs to be within 1 inch of the lamp during erasure.Permanent damage may result if the PROM is exposed to high-intensity UV light for an extended period of time. 7258Wsec/cm 2 is the recommended maximum dosage.Operating ModesReadRead is the normal operating mode for programmed device. In this mode, all signals are normal TTL levels. The PROM is addressed with a 13-bit field, a chip select, (active LOW), is applied to the CS pin, and the contents of the addressed location appear on the data out pins.Program, Program Inhibit, Program VerifyThese modes are entered by placing a high voltage V PP on pin 19, with pins 18 and 20 set to V ILP . In this state, pin 21 becomes a latch signal, allowing the upper 5 address bits to be latched into an onboard register, pin 22 becomes an active LOW program (PGM)signal and pin 23 becomes an active LOW verify (VFY) signal. Pins 22 and 23 should never be active LOW at the same time. The PROGRAM mode exists when PGM is LOW, and VFY is HIGH. The verify mode exists when the reverse is true, PGM HIGH and VFY LOW and the program inhibit mode is entered with both PGM and VFY HIGH. Program inhibit is specifically provided to allow data to be placed on and removed from the data pins without conflictSwitching Waveforms [4]t AAV CC SUPPLY CURRENT A 0-A 12ADDRESSCSt PU O 0-O 7t HZCSt ACS50%50%t PDNotes6.X = “don’t care” but not to exceed V CC ±5%.7.Addresses A 8-A 12 must be latched through lines A 0-A 4 in programming modes.Table 1.Mode SelectionPin Function [6, 7]Read or Output DisableA 12A 11A 10A 9A 8CS O 7–O 0Mode ProgramNA V PP LATCH PGM VFY CS D 7–D 0ReadA 12A 11A 10A 9A 8V IL O 7–O 0Output Disable A 12A 11A 10A 9A 8V IH High Z Program V ILP V PP V ILP V ILP V IHP V ILP D 7–D 0Program Inhibit V ILP V PP V ILP V IHP V IHP V ILP High Z Program Verify V ILP V PP V ILP V IHP V ILP V ILP O 7–O 0Blank CheckV ILPV PPV ILPV IHPV ILPV ILPO 7–O 0Figure 1. MEMORY存储芯片MT48H8M32LFB5-8IT中文规格书
x8 configurations. The DDR4 SDRAM uses an 8n-prefetch architecture to achieve high-speed operation. The 8n-prefetch architecture is combined with an interface designedto transfer two data words per clock cycle at the I/O pins.A single READ or WRITE operation for the DDR4 SDRAM consists of a single 8n-bitwide, four-clock data transfer at the internal DRAM core and two corresponding n-bitwide, one-half-clock-cycle data transfers at the I/O pins.Industrial TemperatureAn industrial temperature (IT) device option requires that the case temperature not ex-ceed below –40°C or above 95°C. JEDEC specifications require the refresh rate to doublewhen T C exceeds 85°C; this also requires use of the high-temperature self refresh option.Additionally, ODT resistance and the input/output impedance must be derated whenoperating temperature < 0°C.Automotive TemperatureThe automotive temperature (AT) device option requires that the case temperature notexceed below –40°C or above 105°C. The specifications require the refresh rate to 2Xwhen T C exceeds 85°C; 4X when T C exceeds 95°C. Additionally, ODT resistance and theinput/output impedance must be derated when operating temperature < 0°C.Ultra-high TemperatureThe ultra-high temperature (UT) device option requires that the case temperature notexceed below –40°C or above 125°C. The specifications require the refresh rate to 2Xwhen T C exceeds 85°C; 4X when T C exceeds 95°C, 8X when T C exceeds 105°C. Addition-ally, ODT resistance and the input/output impedance must be derated when operatingtemperature < 0°C.General Notes•The functionality and the timing specifications discussed in this data sheet are for theDLL enable mode of operation (normal operation), unless specifically stated other-wise.•Throughout the data sheet, the various figures and text refer to DQs as "DQ." The DQterm is to be interpreted as any and all DQ collectively, unless specifically stated oth-erwise.•The terms "_t" and "_c" are used to represent the true and complement of a differen-tial signal pair. These terms replace the previously used notation of "#" and/or over-bar characters. For example, differential data strobe pair DQS, DQS# is now referredto as DQS_t, DQS_c.•The term "_n" is used to represent a signal that is active LOW and replaces the previ-ously used "#" and/or overbar characters. For example: CS# is now referred to asCS_n.•The terms "DQS" and "CK" found throughout the data sheet are to be interpreted asDQS_t and DQS_c, and CK_t and CK_c respectively, unless specifically stated other-wise.•Complete functionality may be described throughout the entire document; any pageor diagram may have been simplified to convey a topic and may not be inclusive of allrequirements.•Any specific requirement takes precedence over a general statement.•Any functionality not specifically stated here within is considered undefined, illegal, and not supported, and can result in unknown operation.•Addressing is denoted as BG[n] for bank group, BA[n] for bank address, and A[n] forrow/col address.•The NOP command is not allowed, except when exiting maximum power savingsmode or when entering gear-down mode, and only a DES command should be used.•Not all features described within this document may be available on the rev. A (first)version.•Not all specifications listed are finalized industry standards; best conservative esti-mates have been provided when an industry standard has not been finalized.•Although it is implied throughout the specification, the DRAM must be used after V DDhas reached the stable power-on level, which is achieved by toggling CKE at least onceevery 8192 × t REFI. However, in the event CKE is fixed HIGH, toggling CS_n at leastonce every 8192 × t REFI is an acceptable alternative. Placing the DRAM into self re-fresh mode also alleviates the need to toggle CKE.•Not all features designated in the data sheet may be supported by earlier die revisionsdue to late definition by JEDEC.•A x16 device's DQ bus is comprised of two bytes. If only one of the bytes needs to beused, use the lower byte for data transfers and terminate the upper byte as noted:–Connect UDQS_t to V DDQ or V SS/V SSQ via a resistor in the 200Ω range.–Connect UDQS_c to the opposite rail via a resistor in the same 200Ω range.–Connect UDM to V DDQ via a large (10,000Ω) pull-up resistor.–Connect UDBI to V DDQ via a large (10,000Ω) pull-up resistor.–Connect DQ [15:8] individually to V DDQ via a large (10,000Ω) resistors, or float DQ[15:8].Definitions of the Device-Pin Signal Level•HIGH: A device pin is driving the logic 1 state.•LOW: A device pin is driving the logic 0 state.•High-Z: A device pin is tri-state.•ODT: A device pin terminates with the ODT setting, which could be terminating or tri-state depending on the mode register setting.Definitions of the Bus Signal Level•HIGH: One device on the bus is HIGH, and all other devices on the bus are either ODTor High-Z. The voltage level on the bus is nominally V DDQ.•LOW: One device on the bus is LOW, and all other devices on the bus are either ODTor High-Z. The voltage level on the bus is nominally V OL(DC) if ODT was enabled, orV SSQ if High-Z.•High-Z: All devices on the bus are High-Z. The voltage level on the bus is undefined asthe bus is floating.•ODT: At least one device on the bus is ODT, and all others are High-Z. The voltage lev-el on the bus is nominally V DDQ.Functional Block DiagramsDDR4 SDRAM is a high-speed, CMOS dynamic random access memory. It is internally configured as an 16-bank (4-banks per Bank Group) DRAM.Figure 2: 512 Meg x 8 Functional Block Diagram7'46BWFigure 3: 256 Meg x 16 Functional Block Diagram%*> @4Gb: x8, x16 Automotive DDR4 SDRAM Functional Block Diagrams。
